We hired FranFund based on a trusted referral from our franchise onboarding and paid a total of…read more$7,495.00 for help securing financing. Despite months of engagement, FranFund only introduced us to one lender who denied our loan at the last minute--delaying our business opening. They offered no viable backup options in time, and we were forced to find funding independently under tight pressure. Even though no funding came through and no promised support was delivered, FranFund refused a refund, citing fine print instead of actual performance. We feel this experience was unethical, costly, and misleading. If you're a small business owner relying on timely and effective financing support--proceed with extreme caution.

From the…read moreoutset, FranFund proved to be among the most professional businesses I've worked with while I had my business. Dolores Delgado and Holly Bejar always answered my questions and diligently made sure that assorted paperwork was taken care of and that deadlines were noted with plenty of warning. The cost, compared to having to know and handle the IRS regulations yourself, is incredibly low. If you're going to finance your business with retirement funds, I think FranFund is the best way to be sure that tricky IRS regulations are managed. Even as I had to sunset my business and finish my business with FranFund, Dolores was 100% attentive and helpful right to the last step.

It was obvious after waiting 6 months, that she was in over her head. After the first few months, she doubled her fees and still never met our agreed upon deadlines for getting our business books ready for tax preparations. We had to let her go and then we had to hire another accounting firm to help fix her mistakes. We have spent over $2500 to "undo" what she did. We have also spend over 100 hours of our personal time, going through our accounts on Quickbooks to fix it. It is so difficult to undo reconciliations and try and fix things that are classified wrong and reconciled wrong on QB. This has been a nightmare. We even brought this to Lee's attention when we realized Jill was unable to complete this job, and we were not refunded nor were we offered someone else in his firm to fix her mistakes. We were very disappointed with her lack of training and her inability to complete the job she agreed to do and was paid to complete. This is a warning to please be careful when hiring her. She is not qualified to handle small businesses on Quickbooks online.
