Dropped off on a Thursday and was greeted rudely by the clerk. She never asked me what font I would like but instead said she'd text me my choices the next day. Something about needing to use her computer to generate my choices. After a week or so with no communication I tried to call, no answer. Ever! So I used their online platform to ask about the font. I was basically told to continue to wait indefinitely. After another week I returned to the store only to be greeted rudely by a different elderly clerk who wanted to know if I had been texted. She basically threw my un-embroidered stockings at me with no explanation, no questions asked and definitely no excuses given. She and the owner simply didn't care. Seems like these ladies may be backed by wealthy hubbies because they sure aren't interested in pleasing new customers. I will be certain to tell everyone I can NOT to use their services....unless of course you enjoy being treated rudely and waiting indefinitely for overpriced services. Steer clear!!!!
