Left me wondering if they would disappear once work started if I had ended up moving forward with them.

I've built 2 homes from ground-up, and the other five properties were all several-owner properties. We've done much of our own major remodels ourselves and have only hired professionals for 2 kitchen rehabs. Otherwise, we've done our own plumbing, electrical, drywall work, building a deck, etc.- the point being is that we know enough to do a lot of work on our own and be dangerous, and this bathroom remodel finally called for a professional (I'm tired, and it was time). Jerzy made us feel comfortable in his knowledge, his ideas, and his general demeanor. He was easy to work with and never made us feel as if we couldn't change anything during the 4 week process.
