I decided not to do the last bit of the install. I went to the store in person to see if they would do it for me. I talked with the employee and he said would get with the installer. This was on a Friday. I had several chats with him back and forth through Monday and said get me on the schedule. I returned from a trip on Wednesday ,and had still not heard anything. I stopped at the store and talked with the Manager personally and he printed out my purchase info. He was to chat soon with installer because he had a change in schedule, and could maybe fit me in the next week. I waited for 5 days and heard nothing back. I thens sent message to original employee since I had his number handy, and cancelled any future business and stated I was disappointed in their service. He said he would get with manager and I have not heard a peep. If you think a job is too small, or things cannot be done for a customer, you need to convey that info and not let them hang. Its unprofessional and rude. Eric
