Disaster, got my full wood floors today and these guys completely misrepresented it. Rustic grade cant be used in a house, I would not even put it in a car garage. Every board has a major defects. I am losing a lot of money as I am out of state customer and had to pay contractor by the day. Losing money for delivery as well. I gave these guys another bad review on yelp but I think that they delete their profile and create new one, so it seems like they don't have any reviews good or bad. Have used several times... always a great value. Yes, sometimes you have to sort thru the boards or cut off pieces... but even in the worst case scenario the wood is 75% usable to achieve a beautiful floor (this "worst case for me was 69 cents a sq ft for hardwood... a great deal.. jusy biy extra on rustic or cabin grade). they sell many grades... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! Warning these guys are not lying when they say really cheap floors. Until you want to order merchandise and throw it in the trash I would not order from here. I ordered 45 boxes and specially spoke to Kyle and asked for a wood flooring with liger planks. I got my order and about 30% of my order had 6-8" planks. I called and asked for refund and they refused to do anything about it. This place should not be in business or atleast should represent themselves properly. I am a builder in NC and never again will I use them. I've recommended them in the past and no longer will. read more

WARNING! stay away. These sneaky people pretend to be nice and friendly, but do the classic bait and switch method. They don't pay for delivery so if you are not happy with merchandise, you are stuck. It will cost you hundreds of $$$ in delivery fees to send it back, so most likely you give up and stay with lower grade merchandise. They did this to me, sent me lower grade wood floors than what I paid for. Now I only buy at places where they pay for delivery to both directions. Also dont get duped by their BBB rating, the BBB gets paid by business and works primarily for them. They also dont let you leave a review if you open a complaint. I had to drive over 3 hours each way to the Murphy location because the location that was closest has terrible operating hours but I must admit that it was worth the drive. The people working there were friendly and helpful and the prices were much better than any where else I've looked. This load was just for the bedrooms but this will be the first place I check it comes time to do the living and dining rooms. read more

I will suggest in my experience, that you call these people & ask a lot of questions! Know what you are buying. They told me when I bought my flooring what to expect. There would be defects depending on the grade and buy extra to cover the damaged ones. I bought cabin grade first, some planks had minor to major blemishes & defects. Over all was a 3-4 & my floor turned out pretty & I saved a gob! The second order was a 4+. A few planks were disgarded. It turned out nice. When you buy discount, you usually are getting some lesser quality or aggravation. You need to account for that by asking a lot of questions & know what to expect! Is it worth the effort for getting to the end result cheaper? For me, I'd say yes. I know what ReallyCheapFloors offers & they still saved me a gob of $ after all was said & done. Just figure out what you're getting for your dollar & is it worth it? The people are nice & I made the decision to shoot for a wood floor that I couldn't afford otherwise! Yes, it was worth it! My husband and I have been shopping for solid wood floors for our home, but couldn't find anything in our budget (we're a young family and have over 800 sq. feet to re-floor). We really wanted a nice pre-finished engineered or solid wood floor. Ted at Really Cheap Floors was fantastic about answering all of our questions about color and quality with each of the grades of floors that they carry. He helped us find a lot that would be right for our budget and home. After all of that we ended up winning a Facebook Drawing that Really Cheap Floors held for 800 sq. ft of Solid Red Oak pre-finished sample grade floors!!!! It came last week and is beautiful. The lengths are a bit short, but once it's all laid I don't think anyone would even notice that unless we pointed it out. They are beautiful! The company really went above and beyond for us and even threw in the extra square footage that we needed to finish our project. We just had to pay the shipping.
