I decided not to do the last bit of the install. I went to the store in person to see if they would do it for me. I talked with the employee and he said would get with the installer. This was on a Friday. I had several chats with him back and forth through Monday and said get me on the schedule. I returned from a trip on Wednesday ,and had still not heard anything. I stopped at the store and talked with the Manager personally and he printed out my purchase info. He was to chat soon with installer because he had a change in schedule, and could maybe fit me in the next week. I waited for 5 days and heard nothing back. I thens sent message to original employee since I had his number handy, and cancelled any future business and stated I was disappointed in their service. He said he would get with manager and I have not heard a peep. If you think a job is too small, or things cannot be done for a customer, you need to convey that info and not let them hang. Now the Closet contractor can come in. Area was kept clean while he worked. It was wonderful. He did such a great job, I have him hired him to complete other areas in new master bath that the previous contractor did not finish or are not working correctly.

I came back to find she had lost 10 pounds in the month there. She had developed huge blisters on her front leg joints from trying to crawl around on the concrete floor. (We had left elderly dog bedding for her) We had authorized them to contact Cohutta Animal Clinic at our expense for any issues. She was in terrible painful condition when we picked her up. I continue to suffer myself, because she was allowed to suffer there.

We had confirmed a specific time for their arrival, and I had carpenters standing by so they could close up the wall after the plumbing repair. Unfortunately, the plumbers were running late. I kept getting told they were "on their way," so my carpenters waited around for hours. In the end, they showed up nearly 4 hours late, and my carpenters had already left. Because of that delay, the carpenters had to improvise and return on another day, which affected the quality of the siding repair -- it didn't turn out as clean as it could have if the plumbers had arrived on time and worked with my carpenters. During the hose bib repair, Jimmy suggested that I install a bleeder valves for my outdoor shower line, which I agreed to -- but it was never done. I paid them in full to return and reinstall the vanity and toilet after the tilework was finished. When they completed that job, I discovered the toilet wasn't properly secured to the flange and moved when used. I texted Jimmy, who said he would come back to fix it, but after asking a second time and being ignored, I ended up purchasing a tool and tightening it myself. After spending $800, I was expecting better service. This is a vacation home, so I wasn't there in person and had to rely on their professionalism -- which, unfortunately, was lacking. While I've had worse experiences with contractors in the area, this one certainly didn't make my good list. I would not hire them again.

Jesse and Marcy helped him find what he needed and then also both said to bring his work and show them when he gets some stuff made so they can see it. I had a pretty rough day but they were so nice to my kid it really made the week end on a good note. I hope their supervisors know what great assets they are to the store. And it's not just once, those two employees are always amazing any time I go in there. The others are nice too but Marcy and Jesse make every customer feel like family.

Overall, basic set up as other Lowe's that I've been to as it's always clean and organized. Sought assistance for an interior door handle and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable as he was able to answer my questions and even help me locate the product I need! They always have a variety to choose from with different price points to accommodate any budget one may have.
