Everyone else left me stuck in endless voicemail cycles or expected me to figure out complicated measurements on my own. From the first conversation, the owner made a lasting impression. He knew exactly what I needed without making me feel overwhelmed. His friendly, down-to-earth personality instantly put me at ease, and it was clear he genuinely loves helping people. The process was seamless -- he scheduled a time to come out quickly, and my shower door was installed fast. Meanwhile, the other companies eventually called me back asking why I didn't choose them. I told them straight up: "Because you sent me through an automated process that couldn't seal the deal!" Superior's owner took all the guesswork out of the process and even made me laugh throughout the whole experience. His customer service is unmatched, and his expertise shines through in everything he does. I truly learned from him, and I'd recommend Superior to anyone in a heartbeat! Hands down, the best customer service I've experienced. If you're looking for quality, kindness, and professionalism, this is the company to call!

From the initial consultation with Todd Parks to the final cleanup, their team was professional, efficient, on time and thorough. The initial estimate of time for completion and pricing was very accurate and very fair. Their project manager, Todd Parks, was incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable and addressed all concerns including working with my insurance company! He's the BEST! He stayed in constant contact through the entire process, promptly returned calls, and helped to make my decision with product and color choice seamless.
