As an experienced yogi of 20 years, I love hard classes and intentionally seek out hot yoga -- and…read moreSweatTheory goes well beyond standard hot yoga. The studio is outfitted with advanced FAR infrared technology, built from untreated cedar, illuminated with chakra lights that fill the room with healing color, and finished with a pink Himalayan salt wall that elevates the entire experience. The instructors are wonderful across the board, and many remember your name even after just a few visits. Christian's classes in particular feel like a lovely, hypnotic yoga trance. They also offer hot mat Pilates, which is a great option when you want a break from yoga, and their Sweat + Sculpt classes are a real workout -- I don't even need to go to a regular gym on those days. The infrared saunas are bookable in one-hour time slots, and you get your own private space with a changing area and a shower, a sauna with Bluetooth connectivity, and wellness shots to take at the beginning and end of your session. If you want to come with a friend, there are two-people saunas available as well. There are different yoga and pilate classes available. However, space is limited. My guess is that the room can only hold 10 people, which is nice if you prefer being in a small group. The facility is clean, and the staff is nice. I have done a sauna session and taken a yoga class. The sauna session was relaxing, and the yoga class was a good workout. My body felt great after each experience.
