Contracted Backyard Pools for my pool liner replacement in March. They came, measured, and 2 weeks…read morelater took my 4k deposit with the understanding that it would be a few weeks before the liner came in and once it did they would install it. Didn't hear a peep until May when they came back out, and attempted to install the wrong liner style and size only to find it wouldn't fit, manufacturer problem and not Backyard pools problem. I was told they were gonna re-order and told they were expediting so they can wrap this up in a week or two. Today, they handed my deposit back after 11 weeks of frustration. I can't get anything done now until August. Leaned forward with this in March because of a 30th wedding anniversary happening in June. I now have no venue for my wedding anniversary. Unless you want a smiley guy who tells you not to worry about a thing, we handle it all, but doesn't - I wouldn't mess with these folks. I know I wont again.
