William did a great job and is very patient on decisions during process of remodeling as how high to make shower seat and the design, placement of grab bars, shower head, light switch, height of shower curb, tile pattern and was very helpful in his opinion on what look better when asked. He did backsplash in my kitchen (2 tile colors), under kitchen cabinet lights with dimmer, kitchen ceiling light with dimmer, flooring in 2 bathrooms, Demo old shower and tiled the floor wall and ceiling, built a unique shower seat, installed new vanity lights and faucets. Also painted the entire bathroom. As you can see just about anything that is needed to refurbish your home. read more

This guy is trouble with a capital "T"!!! Run don't walk if he comes to give you an estimate. He…read moregave us a reasonable estimate so we hired him. Then he wanted money up front to buy supplies. He spent that money on personal expenses and then didn't have the money to buy the supplies to do our job. On the Monday he was due to start our job, after having given him $1,500 on Saturday, he didn't show up. Tuesday rolls around, still a no show. He won't answer text messages or phone calls. When prior to giving him the money he always answered. I had to call his girlfriend on the phone, which I really hated to do, and threaten to have her arrested for theft to get him to return my call. He did show up on Wednesday. He worked for about 4 hours - just long enough to pressure wash our house. He worked Thursday for about 3 to 4 hours. He didn't show on Friday. On Monday he started asking for more money. This was after working less than 8 hours. We ended up giving him another $1,500. He showed up with a few pieces of the worst looking lumber that I've ever seen to put on an $800,000 house. After that he worked Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday each day for 3 to 4 hours - no more but made sure to ask for $1,000 more after we had just given him $1,500 on Monday. After Wednesday, We came in to see the work he had done. It look like someone had worked on our house that had no idea what construction work was. The next day, he didn't bother showing up and I couldn't have been happier. That gave me the opportunity to call him and tell him that we would no longer be needing him at our home. We hire Estes Exteriors to come in and fix the mess he had made and finish what he didn't mess up! We found this fine workmanship that Anthony White had left at our house (this is just one of the examples.) Save yourself a lot of time and money and find another repairman.

If I could give him a negative 10 I would, I found him on Yelp and he is a local business, so I…read morehired him for a floor repair on a million-dollar house, and he showed up and did not bring what he needed to even do the repair. Did not even know what kind of wood the floor was, so he left to get supplies and came back with a spray can of sealer. The floor did look a little better when he got done but was not fixed. On top of that he parks in the garage the first time and at the front door the second and third time he came back, and his truck is leaking fluids, so now we have grease spots on the concrete that we will have to get pressure washed. I work for a local company and hired him for this job, paid him more than what he quoted me and will never refer this man for anything!!!! Now he will not return my calls or text!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Fox from Fox Remodeling in the Tupelo MS area, and I am beyond impressed with his exceptional skills as a handyman. Mr. Fox embodies honesty, punctuality, integrity, and he truly keeps his word. His workmanship is outstanding, and his prices are fair and reasonable. One instance that truly showcased Mr. Fox's integrity was when he refunded me the leftover money after my remodeling project. The materials costs turned out to be lower than expected, and instead of keeping the extra funds, Mr. Fox promptly returned them to me. This level of transparency and honesty is something I've never experienced before. The transformation he brought to my home was remarkable. The before and after comparison of his work is like night and day. His attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the project. From start to finish, he maintained his punctuality and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Fox for any home repairs or remodeling projects. He is not only a skilled and capable handyman but also a trustworthy individual who goes above and beyond for his clients. If you're looking for someone who delivers exceptional results with integrity and fairness, Mr. Fox is the one to call. read more
