This place is like a time management game come to life. Everyone is bustling and busy, bouncing from task to task. Even though the place was packed, the attendants took their time and did a thorough job. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I had positive interactions with several employees. The owner was there and did my designs herself. It was great watching her jump in and help her staff, while maintaining her duties doing a girl's nails. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. High professionalism, great quality, and friendly people. 10/10 would do again. read more

Just had the WORST service at Creative Nails. I noticed bubbles and a few areas missing paint. I asked the tech to fix, and she was extremely rude and rough withmy hands and nails. I asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else. The manager refused. I left with my nails half done and told them to keep the money. Will NEVER GO BACK! read more

NEVER going back to this place! I had an appointment for 6:30 this evening (following one of the other bridesmaids I am in a wedding with this Sat.), and I live 30 minutes out of town. I bailed early on farm work that really needed to get done, hurried to town, and pulled in the parking lot at 6:29. Since I have asthma and masks are required, I had to use my inhaler before I put my mask on. I walked in the door at 6:31 and they rudely said, "We aren't taking any more customers this evening." I replied with, "I have an appointment for a manicure at 6:30." To which the guy at the counter rudely said, "Well you are late, and we are already cleaning up, so you no longer have an appointment." The other bridesmaid I was following was still in her appointment and said they were rude to her as well. read more

We had an spot for 5 ladies and we walked in and it was beyond toxic smelling. We asked if we could keep the door open because two of us were pregnant. They offered us masks but then we had to ask twice to get them. Even with the mask the vapors burned our eyes. We are all regular salon goers and u fortunately this was the worse. Went to get a manicure. I had a little acrylic left over from my previous set that needed to be soaked off. No big deal, right? First, let me say that I let this go on for way too long, so partly my own fault. Well, she couldn't get the acrylic off with the acetone, so she started to file. And file. Still on there. Sent another girl over. She started to file, then started trying to pry it off with clippers. (This girl looked like she hadn't had a shower in a good long while and had purple hickeys all over her neck) Cracked one of my nails all the way through, from top to bottom. I was bleeding in two spots from the first girls filing. Now I was really bleeding, and it hurt so bad. I was done. In this amount of time, my daughter had a whole new set done and was waiting. Naturally I had a problem paying. They insisted I had to pay $10 for the acrylic removal plus the amount of a manicure. I didn't have a manicure. She told me she was going to call the police, and went outside, took a picture of my car license plate(!!!!) in case I tried to leave without paying. One of the craziest situations ever. When I got back to my regular manicurist, he was appalled. It took months for my nails to heal. read more

Yesterday I had the #3 Pedicure with ElliLai. She took her time with my desperately dry and hot mess feet. She was friendly, courteous, and professional while ensuring that I understood what part of the pedicure process was happening. This was my first pedicure at Creative Nails and I was looking for where I would like to make my "place". The environment was clean and all of the staff were friendly and talking with their clients. Tech was ok but not stellar. I've never been asked to walk to another seating area barefoot after just getting a pedicure. Tech told me to sit while polish dried and she would be back to help put sandals on. Never saw her again. Put my shoes on, paid and left. Not awful but I have had better service. read more

I'm a licensed and employed nail technician; I came here with my sister while she was getting her acrylics redone. Creative Nails did her original set, they were lifting horribly and the tips were poorly adhered to her natural nails. They decided to take them off and start over with a new set. I was appalled at their acrylic nail removal procedure- he jerked an extra tip between the acrylic and her natural nail, prying the acrylic off with force. It created huge gouges in her nails, I was horrified. I've never been so shocked. Please don't go here, they WILL ruin your nails and cause permanent damage. This is completely unacceptable, this should NEVER be done. If you care at all about your natural nails, never visit Creative Nails. read more

Having never been here before I should have asked or read reviews. I didn't and I won't be back. We walked into the place, no one greeted myself or my daughter. When we finally had someone acknowledge us, we told them we had an appointment. I'm thinking they don't really take appointments as ours was at 6:00 and they told us it would be about 15 minutes. I understand sometimes techs can run behind schedule so I was ok with that. When I saw the pedicure tech bouncing from one person to the next I knew there was a serious problem. By the time they actually took us to the chairs it was 6:30. I was told someone would be right with us. Now 6:40, seated; Massage chair I was assigned wasn't working at the time. Luckily my daughter is little enough she couldn't relax back and she switched me spots. They had me soak my toes as I had gel on them. 6:45 someone finally started my water and my daughters feet started to get worked on. My turn and it is now 6:50. Supposedly they close at 7:00 (from what I over heard) maybe it was just the time of day. Maybe a bad day. read more

the owner made my mom, who is handicap, move out of her chair even though her pedicure was not complete. she wanted to get someone else in the chair to make a dollar! she watched my mom struggle to even get out of the chair and then expected her to sit in a chair that has wheels on it to finish her pedicure where they do fingernails! then the owner wanted us to move again so they could do some nails! are you kidding me??? we sat in there for 2 1/2 hours and our pedicures were still not completed! my mom was hurting so bad that we had to leave without it being completed. they were not even going to put a flip flop on my moms feet with her neuropathy! they were going to make my mom walk out barefoot! really?? the employee was trying to put the top coat on my toes as i was helping my mom try to stand up from the chair on wheels! the people that took our chairs for pedicures finished before we did! wth! then the owner charged $90 for 2 pedicures and said you got a service! i told her we went there for years and would not ever go there again if that is how they treat people, especially a handicap person! the owner said ok. bad bad bad service on the owners part! i feel bad for the employees there for the owner making them look like they are not compassionate! i will not recommend this business to anyone! read more
