Four days later, the package shows as never having been picked up by UPS and has not been delivered. Contacting UPS Customer Service gave me no resolution and going to the store did not as well. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered due to an issue with the address formatting. I contacted the store for assistance and to request a refund or resolution, but I was informed that no refund would be provided, and I did not receive an apology or clear explanation. I paid for a service that did not occur, and the lack of customer support and accountability was disappointing. For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed. I hope Goin' Postal improves its address verification processes and customer service practices so that future customers do not have the same experience.
