Larry is the carpet guy who always cleaned my carpet and I give him Kudos for always being so nice to me. I cut ties with them on June 11, 2018 b/c I was told the time was 9am for arrival time. After 10am and no one showed up, I called Reed's and inquired about them being late. They told me they would be at my home between 11:30- 12:30. I specifically do not recall being told this time frame. I would not have gotten up so early waiting on them if I knew they were coming at this time frame but I was told two weeks ago 9am. I talked to a Michelle who turned out to be very rude and unprofessional in her words to me. She would not do anything to fix the issue of being told the wrong time. She suggested to me that she could give me names of other businesses to clean my carpet. Well, I thought this was very unprofessional to be told this. Then Michelle had a nerve to hang up the phone in my face. Now is this a professional way to act? They are not hurting for business. Anyway, I called back and sent a message to Michelle that she cost the company and bad rating on reviews. No customer deserves to be treated this way. So take my advice, find another carpet cleaning place of business. Tina Dula June 13, 2018

We are now dealing with the largest mold problem all because this guy wrote us an 8000$ quote and DID NOT ACTUALLY INSPECT ANYTHING. This mold was here before we moved in, and hidden by "stuff" the old owner had in there. But someone who specializes in finding the source of water damage and where it's coming should have absolutely looked in this area. He looked at the wall right next to it. He was chosen by our realtor so I'm pretty sure I know what went on. Do not go with them. They will miss things that we didn't even know had to be looked at as new home buyers. Shame on them.
