The guy behind the counter refused to even acknowledge someone entered the store, and even though he was helping someone else, there was time to tell us we would be next in line. Someone eventually came out from behind closed doors, took our broken part with a sour look on his face, and asked if we knew the brand. When we didn't, he disappeared behind the same closed door, and NEVER CAME BACK. Approximately 30 minutes later, we asked the worker (who still hadn't said even ONE word to us) if perhaps we had been forgotten? (We were now the only customers in the store.) He said he would check for us, came back with the part about 5 minutes later, and said the guy "couldn't find the part." That was it - no explanation, no further inquiries, nothing. It was only a sprayer hose for a kitchen faucet, so we aren't talking about rocket science. They just didn't care, period. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any establishment (whether retail, wholesale, restaurant, hotel, whatever you can name) ever in my life. I would NEVER go back there, I wouldn't care if they were the last plumbing supply store left on the face of the planet. I guess you have to be a "regular" and / or "look the part" to even get acknowledged there - I wouldn't waste my time, people!

I drove all over town looking for a cheese slicer. When I found one at Walmart it was $5. KC had what I needed for $3 dollars. If you love to cook, love gadgets and well made utensils then I highly recommend KC. I will always go to KC for my kitchen needs.

Clearly it's used! The inside is discussing!! Called and spoke to Nicole the one in charge to be told it's my responsibility to take it back unless I want to pay them delivery charges. She should not be a person in charge.. Very unprofessional and not at all for the customer! I drove an hour away to buy a new washer it's not my responsibility to bring back a molded used hairy washer! Very disappointed and will not be buying anymore appliances through the Mernards in Chillicothe!!

I bought a living room set from here,they delivered it on Monday, I have never had such a bad…read moreexperience with a company, they, for starters it was over 200 dollars just for delivery, they got black grease on my light tan sofa,they ripped the bottom of the sofa,they put two rips in the sofa,and said they were not taking it back that they would leave it on my side walk, I called the store to see what they could do or atleast come out and look what they done,and they scratched 3 walls, anyway the store told me they contract thier deliveries, and I would need to call the delivery company,so I did, but the manager wasn't in and he would get back to me,after two days still didn't hear anything, so I called back,still no manager there.to me Menards should be responsible because they hired the delivery company,but they are telling me it's not thier fault, I will never buy anything from that store again, they were rude to me and basically told me too bad. Manager at the store could care less about customers after they get the money. Horrible company, would never recommend anything from there.
