I placed an order an erroneously selected "Pick Up" rather than "Delivery"..... I have been charged $71 for an order that will now sit useless in a pick up bin in WVA; hundreds of miles away from me. I will not be picking up. I'm guessing, in a few weeks, someone may notice the package has remained and do 'something'. Regardless, I need these materials as soon as possible, but Menards useless contact information does nothing to help ameliorate this situation. How disappointing. This was my first order from Menards and will certainly rethink my future orders. Buyer Beware!

Even after paying the additional $75 delivery to Scott County I was still ahead by $85 and I didn't even have to touch the lumber! My second lumber package even with delivery charge came within pennies of the local lumber yard and again, I didn't have to handle any lumber, plus the driver picked up unused lumber from my first delivery and took it back to the yard. The full credit for the return was issued back to my credit card. Without a doubt, AW Graham is the best lumber yard to do business with.
