I worked with Ryan, owner of this startup company. Ryan and his crew were professional and meticulous in their work. Prior to even starting the project, Ryan and crew came to my house several times, at my request, to gain the best perspective of what I wanted with the incorporation of new cabinets with my existing cabinets. The team was very flexible in working with my schedule to accommodate the best time to work the project (which included Saturday options). Ryan was very attentive in replying to my text or calls on project updates. The team worked the project diligently with skilled expertise and craftsmanship and took care to seal off the work area from dust and debris to other parts of my home and cleaned the area promptly when done. The materials used were of good quality and the project price was reasonable. Ryan researched best option to get the closest match between new cabinet hinges with existing cabinet hinges. We paid the invoice with the understanding that the final piece of the job (outdoor painting on a small area) would be done as soon as the rain stopped. Months later and MANY phone calls and emails and no reply! Unbelievable that the owner, Nick, simply ignores the fact that he left a job unfinished yet accepted our money. Would NEVER recommend because of this.

He seemed very professional during the initial meeting. After the fact, he missed the time window (1 week) for providing an estimate; these were his words, not mine. I called several times to follow up on receiving an estimate, with assurances from the customer service representative that he would get to the estimate, that he was working on the estimate, and that the estimate was completed and should have been sent out. I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."

Within a couple of weeks we had her installers come inside, working carefully and quickly, they installed a house full of beautiful blinds for us. They cleaned up and took all of the empty boxes and disposable paper away. They were professional and polite. The service, quality and price were just what we expected and we can highly recommend this company. Our window blinds look lovely on all of our windows.

I found this process pretty easy and would highly recommend Yelp for booking estimates. We ended up getting three local roofer quotes through Yelp but ultimately decided on John and his company due to their price, level of professionalism, and explanation of the roofing process. What we also appreciated was that he was not a pushy salesperson, he explained to me the process of the roofing process in simple terms. We also liked that he had lots of proven references from reviews printed out and he also had a piece of literature he gave that he mentioned his wife wrote so people who weren't in the industry would understand the whole process. For us, that really helped. I had did my research before about GAF certified contractors in the area and knowing that they were a Master Elite level contractor gave us confidence they would do a good job and offer the best warranty. Throughout the process, John and Jenny communicated to us well and even when we had trouble deciding on our shingle color, they delivered three sample colors of actual shingles so we could decide. We ended up going with a color that John helped us pick up since we trusted his judgment. The rain had delayed our start date on the roof but John and Jenny always communicated us if the date was pushed back and John always personally answered his cell phone whenever we needed to get a hold of them. Jenny dealt with our tear off and replacement of our roof and it took 2 days. They cleaned our lawn in-between and got rid of the dumpster afterwards very efficiently. My husband dealt with the roofing team and they were very knowledgeable, professional and diligent. Our chimney was very old so they arranged to consult with a masonry before working on it. We have no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their roof done. We also needed to get a chimney cap and a duct vent replaced and they added it to our roof cost at a very affordable price. We are thoroughly pleased with our new roof!

What a great experience dealing with Jon and Romina from beginning to end. Romina was able to get…read moreenough of the granite, my wife and I wanted, shipped from the source even though the local supplier didn't have enough in stock. After the stone was shipped we went to their shop and looked at the stone and worked with both Jon and Romina to layout how the stone would be cut to get grain matching along adjacent surfaces, book matched backsplashes, and having a specific grain pattern included into the piece that would be on the large island in the center of the kitchen. Also, because of a very long run of counters there was going be a seam necessary. Jon was able to adjust how he would cut two pieces of stone so the grain would match perfectly and produce a nearly invisible seam. It was perfect. Jon and crew did a fantastic job during installation. Very efficient and extremely neat keeping our kitchen super clean during all stages of installation. From getting the cut slabs off the truck and into the house very quickly to setting up the work area to bringing their tools and installation supplies in; there was this "economy of motion" and it was obvious that they really knew their business and took pride in their work. The countertops came out fantastic. In my opinion you can't do better than Jon and Romina and Lawrence Natural Stone.
