The gentleman told my daughter In law and myself that he would have a family member deliver it and give us a credit for the inconvenience. After going to 1800flowers at 4pm for a same day delivery and realizing I was too late, I Google searched flower shops in the Plainview area and Creative Flower N Decor came up. A quick call directly to the shop connected me with a very helpful gentleman (possible owner/op?). He was very patient as I gathered the info to get flowers delivered for my aunt's birthday. A few simple questions and his confidence had me feeling very good about my choice. Flowers were put together and delivered within 90 minutes!! He was also so kind as to text me a photo of the receipt and a picture of the flowers before delivery. They say they're the best, yet what they advertise is not what you get. A couple of days ago my husband asked me what I want for Mother's Day. Being that I'm not into Hallmark holidays, I looked at him and said, "Really?!" I thought about it and said, "Flowers. I always love flowers." He went online and ordered flowers to be delivered to me today for Mother's Day from Creative Flowers n Decor. They came, unexpectedly because I thought he'd bring a bouquet home, at work and I text him to thank him. He asked what I thought of the vase. I said, "Rose colored Mason jar type thing? It's cute." Then he sent me a photo of what I was supposed to get. A beautiful bouquet of lilies and roses in a clear vase with poetry and a dragonfly on it. There were roses, browned and dying. No lilies. You'll see in the photos what my husband paid for and what they thought was an acceptable substitute. Completely different flowers and color scheme. My husband calls to complain (guess what guys, he wasn't on hold and heard everything you said, asking who put the arrangement together and acting like he's a nuisance) and they send a bouquet of lilies and roses to complete the arrangement. Well, I got the bouquet with a snide note on it that said, in big blue letters, "Redelivery Complain." Now I'm pissed. My husband is pissed. He calls again because that's completely unprofessional. First, the guy on the phone blamed the delivery guy for stapling the note onto the bouquet then says, "We're the best on Long Island." My husband demands a refund and the guy, who we assume was the owner, tells him he's taking the flowers back. Fine. They're rancid anyway, from the arrangement to the attitude. I left them outside my door at work. They can get them when they want. Basically, they charged my husband $76 for an arrangement that should have cost $30-$40. Yes, their website says they can substitute but the substitute should be of equal or greater value. If they can't deliver that kind of service they should have called and/or emailed to work something out. That's customer service. My husband then went to the local Stop N Shop. The flowers were much nicer and less expensive including the vase. Update: I left the flowers outside my office. They hadn't picked them up yesterday as of 8:30 pm so I just called and reminded them to pick them up. He was very rude. If they don't get the flowers, this is on them. If my husband doesn't get a refund, I'll file a chargeback which will not only provide my husband a refund, but cost the store owner a fee from the credit card processing company. May 14, 2018: I get to my job and the flowers are still sitting out front so I call. Again, he's busy. I'm furious and I go down there (5 minutes from my office - too busy my behind). He reiterates that he's the best. Well, there's flowers going out today with browned roses in the arrangements (see additional photos). He insisted the arrangement I received was a $100 arrangement. I have video of him saying he'll finally give the refund today. What would have avoided this? Well, sending a comparable bouquet to begin with, not stapling that note to the replacement bouquet, not being rude to my husband and myself all 4 phone calls...but, really, just issuing a refund on Friday evening when closing out the credit card transactions. (Side note, I am a fire cracker and he pissed me off. I threw the replacement bouquet over his head) 5/16/18: Chargeback filed. Not only do I have the video of Raj saying he would issue a refund (which he didn't do - should have been done before closing out Friday night), I also have the photos of what was ordered and what was received. Not only will the chargeback be approved, he will lose the flowers, our payment and a fee from at least his CC processing company if not our bank as well. This makes me wonder how many flower deliveries are made from this florist with arrangements completely different than ordered, and flowers and a vase worth a fraction of the cost of what was advertised, but the one who ordered and the one who received the delivery just don't know. read more

The flowers should be all PALE PINK roses, carnations, lilies, snap dragons with a few green leaves and ferns. I know that flowers can be substituted if one is not in season or out of stock. I was placing an order for nine different arrangements with the owner, Raj...I spent a lot of time and with tax and delivery my order would have been somewhere around $650 probably a little more. As I tried to place the order for two days back to back ( having to make multiple substitutions due to lack in color of flowers which were displayed on the website and nor did it state anywhere that they didn't have all the arrangements) it took me twice as long to complete the order and cause a customer walked in he wanted to hang up on me to call me back taking up more of my time. Raj was very rude in telling me that he makes more money than what I was paying him and that his walk in customer was more important even after I just got finished spending two days and in addition to that he requested that I text him all the messages and addresses as well, which was also time consuming...I felt was very unprofessional! I got 5 bouquets and 20 center pieces from Raj at Creative Flowers N Decor for my wedding. While I was extremely satisfied with the product, the service was lacking in some respects. There was no formal order form, and each time I went into the shop to do something with my order, the owner had no record of how much money I had paid, how much money I owed, or what I even ordered. I had to repeat all of the facts each time I went in. Although I did not care so much the day of, the 2 corsages I ordered and paid for were not delivered. On the positive side, my flowers were delivered to the venue on-time, and everything was beautiful. The floral arrangement Creative Flowers N Decor delivered was not even close to looking like the picture on the website, it actually looked like a child did the arrangement. Also, the little Happy Birthday sign that was shown to be included was missing. To add an extra special treat for my friend's birthday gift order I paid for a box of Belgian chocolates that were never delivered on the day of her birthday or the following two days afterwards. 1-800-FLOWERS reached out to this florist to have them re-deliver the chocolates twice but Creative Flowers N Decor didn't follow through with the delivery. I am very disappointed with Creative Flowers N Decor, they make me wonder if they didn't think I would know the chocolates weren't delivered and planned to scam me and 1-800-FLOWERS out of the money.
