I would not recommend this shop--stay away. While the delivery was fast, the value was terrible. They sent a small orchid that usually costs about $15 at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods but charged $50.

We trusted Raj from Creative Flowers and Decor to make a flowered bike for a family member Who loved cycling. What we got was a board with carnations and sprayed on wheels that was embarrassing. We called and asked him to take it away and bring a spray instead and return some of the $1000 we paid for this horrible arrangement. He refused. Do not deal with him He is dishonest and rude.

ZERO stars if possible. Add me to the long list of customers who were scammed by this Florist today on Mother's Day. Through DoorDash, I ordered TWO $100-plus orders from here for mother's day, and both orders were horrible and incorrect. Including pics of both orders and the pic of what I thought I was ordering, as advertised online. 1. I paid extra for balloons on both orders that didn't come. 2. One order was a small orchid plant when I paid for a $100-plus large bouquet (supposed to be a large purple bouquet advertised as having an iridescent vase, and it was a tiny orchid plant in a box that had a handwritten word "mom" on it) 3. The other was a small bouquet of half-wilted roses, two carnations, and one old sunflower that also cost $100 and supposed to be Teleflora's Rosy Pink Bouquet. It wasn't that at all. The bow looked like it was tied by a nonprofessional child. A real shame to be disappointed on Mothers Day when spending over $200 for my mother and 93 year old grandmother. I won't be using this florist ever again.

Service is very fast, it was over the phone but cut me an amazing deal and gave me a very nice dozen roses. I really highly recommend because the service is impeccable and the flowers and fantastic. Thank you again

What we thought we ordered

TLDR; we tried to fix our flower order and were instead screamed at by the man on the phone. I thought there was a mix up with my order because what I received was completely different from what I ordered (photos attached), but I'm under the impression now that it was done on purpose. I ordered some mother's day flowers and received an entirely different flower. We spent $80+ for an entire bouquet and instead got this. I tried calling to see if there was a mix up in orders, but all of my calls kept getting rejected. I then called through my boyfriends phone, only to have them immediately pick up. I tried to explain what happened and the man on the other side said "WE ARENT TAKING ORDERS OVER THE PHONE" and then hung up on me. I tried calling again because I just wanted to clarify if the order was wrong, but they kept rejecting my calls. My little sister then called and the man answered again and screamed at my sister for also trying to get some clarity on what happened. We just wanted to make sure that there wasn't a mix up with the order and instead were met with hostility and an extremely rude man. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Wow wow wow ... we ordered a beautiful bouquet of peach roses and flowers for my nieces birthday ... (I'm going to post the photo) and even ordered the "deluxe" and what we got looked like they went in their backyard and put all of their weeds in it ... When we called the person on the phone was combative and said the reason why it's bad is because we used a Postmates driver ... so I asked him if the drivers went in and did the arrangements themselves ... it's like saying it's the drivers fault if you order from a restaurant and your food order is wrong, the driver didn't go in the kitchen and cook it! Unreal ... it's all he kept talking about saying that the drivers work on commission so that's why it was bad ... anyhow ... the only way to fix the problem was to get the bouquet that was ALREADY delivered and bring it back?! We live in Los Angeles!! Horrible customer service ... and wait till you see what I ordered and what was delivered ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ...

****UPDATED BELOW TO RESPOND TO OWNER**** My goodness. Disappointed is beyond an understatement. My husband and I just moved to Plainview mid pandemic, and have been going out of our way to support as many small/local businesses as we can. I don't typically like red roses, and he asked me weeks ago what kind of flowers l'd like for Valentines Day. Also, our first Valentine's Day as husband and wife :). I sent him a photo of a beautiful pink and white arrangement and said something along those lines, not necessarily as large, but in that ball park. He found this flower shop last week and spoke with someone over the phone who directed him to "just come in" this weekend; so he drove out yesterday to show the owner the photo of what I wanted, was assured it was no problem, and took a $100 payment ahead of time. Understandable. My husband said he would pick up at 10:00 this morning. When my husband picked up the flowers today, the owner had no idea what he was talking about and said, "picking up a dozen red?" To which my husband responded, no sir, I'm picking up the white and pink arrangement we spoke about yesterday. Still with no idea- the owner threw some random flowers in a vase and handed these to my husband, who was in utter shock and disappointment- then proceeded to hand him a small box of candy to "make up for the trouble" I work in the wedding industry. I work with florists all the time. I also understand how hectic valentines days can be. I know how overwhelming it is on major holidays and even for special events. But this was simply inexcusable. For 5 roses, a dozen purple filler flowers and some babies breath with greens shoved in a red vase- this shop had NERVE charging $100 for what we received. I would NOT recommend this shop, and I will be requesting a call back from the owner upon reading this review. Photos attached of what we expected and paid for versus what we received. **** Hi Sagar. Though I appreciate you finally reaching out to rectify the situation, you are 3 and a half long years overdue with your apology. As a fellow business owner there wouldn't be. Fiber of my being that would have waited longer than even a few days to reach out and ensure my clients were rightfully taken care of. This remains disgraceful and criminal in my eyes, that you would allow an employee to pas this off as a quality arrangement, even on a busy weekend, and still have the audacity to charge $100. my poor husband felt awful after this entire situation and we have since moved on to another local florist. Again, Thank you for reaching out, but you are very, very late with your apology and I will not be removing my review.

I just received a beautiful bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day the delivery was prompt and the flowers were beautiful and vibrant . My husband did a great job picking this arrangement.

Good customer service. Raj was very attentive and responsive regarding my order and ensured quick delivery of a lovely arrangement.

Great service and selection! Wonderful people in there. Couldn't be happier. Got my wife some plants and flowers for our anniversary. Will be coming back.

Saw pics online and came to get a banquet worthy bouquet for mom's 75th birthday. I gave Raj the vision, and he put it together. Great experience, beautiful FRESH flowers, smell great, awesome prices. This place is definitely on my short list!
