During the process of building the fence several sprinkler heads along with the main water line to the yard was damaged. When asked to come back to fix. They refused. read more

Creative Fence made exactly what I specified for a visual barrier for our pool and A/C equipment, which was an eyesore on our property. The vinyl material is the best available and so much better quality than what is offered from the big box stores. The custom-made gate has hinges and a latch that appear will last forever and operates very smoothly. Every component of the fence lines up perfectly, something I know I couldn't have done if I had attempted the labor myself. Charlee S. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Creative Fence. We hired them to build us a board on board with top and bottom fascia and top cap backyard fence. They showed up to give us a quote within a few days and put us on the scheduled weeks earlier then other companies, they were even able to start a few days early. The work crew was very friendly and professional and we were impressed that they left the area so tidy each day. We are extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend using them for your fencing needs. read more

Finally we have a new fence. The process was not much fun and actually took much longer than we were told. These folk must be so busy that they just can't get everything they have committed done within their allotted time frame. I think we have a relatively good fence but it was not what we actually contracted for. However I have to say it turned out OK in the end. Not sure I would ever use them again, nor could I recommend them to any of my friends or family. read more

Creative Fence did a fantastic job building our front yard fence with two gates. The workmanship and materials were all top notch! They used a heavy duty "professional" block wall core drill - fence post core driller machine, not just a hand held drill that I saw used by another fence contractor on my neighbors fence that busted up the brick cap. I got 3 local fence bids, and this one was MUCH lower than the other two. However,, the fence materials took 11 weeks to obtain from the start of contract, (1st payment), and they are VERY busy with work! It would have been nice to have the same crew, start to finish for continuity, but each team did great work. As well Greg the owner stopped by each day, & even worked with his crews often on the job! I highly recommend this company, and would use them again. Just have patience. read more

We had Greg Sr. and his crew install beautiful adobe color vinyl split rail fencing and welded wire on the inside to our exact specifications. They also built and installed a top of line line powder coated wrought iron electric gate along with interior and exterior lighted keypads. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They did beautiful clean work and always stayed within their price quote. It's a really neat family business that is local here in Arroyo Grande. This was a tough job due to the size and slope of the property. Amazing workmanship. read more

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was recommended Creative Fence from Coast Fence; another fencing company who was unable to do work for awhile due to injury. I called Creative Fence and there was an answer right away. The lady was cordial and said they could come out to my property to give us a quote. She said they could come on a Thursday 2:00 - 3:00 pm. I rescheduled my day at work in order to accommodate this time frame. However, no one showed up. After they were over 30 minutes late, I gave them a call. This time no one answered and I left them a message. I have still not heard from Creative Fence. Now seeing a couple of other of their reviews on Yelp, I should have expected this. Extremely unprofessional. If you can't make the appointment, call me. If you can't take on the work, let me know. Don't just ignore your customers. read more

I can't thank Sergio enough for the work Creative Fence did installing our iron fence. He came out to give us a quote when no one else would even return my call. Kept me updated on the installation and even wanted to do it sooner but unfortunately I wasn't available. There were a couple minor issues but Richard came out the very next morning to make it right and did an impeccable job. Couldn't be happier!! read more

They did a great job installing a new fence at our ranch. The pricing was competitive and their feedbacks were really good. Really glad we went with Creative Fence. We did 90 ft privacy fence with two 8 ft gates for our travel trailer. On the rest of the property 370 ft ranch style fence with an 8 ft gate. The team were very professional and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them. read more

Creative Fence did an excellent job rebuilding 64' back fence. Not only was their pricing reasonable, but they also did a fabulous job with the construction. In addition, we appreciated their efficiency (they completed the entire project in less than 2 days). We are very pleased and would highly recommend them. read more

Cheap wood and workmanship what waste of my money. Jim need to refund all his cliente I wish I had waited on Ergoen at least it would've been worth the wait. Quality redwood and workers that know how to build a sturdy quality fence. I wish I could have put stop payment on my check. I'm surprised this company is still in business. I'm very disappointed for the amount of money I paid these people. read more

I highly recommend Creative Fence Company. In the last 2 years, I have found them to be the lowest bid and very reliable. They show up on time, do excellent work and are pleasant to work with. Contact them at 805-489-6654 and ask for Sal Gonzalez. read more

I called Creative Fence to remove our existing redwood lattice fence between three neighbors' houses and replace the fence with a vinyl/PVC fence that looks like real wood. Due to COVID it did take about six to seven weeks to get the materials but I was informed of this from the beginning. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism Creative Fence offered both with installation and final completion of the product. There were a few damaged materials and a few things that needed correcting but Creative Fence was right on it and fixed everything as per the contract. They did an amazing job and I am very happy with the end result. I chose this type of fence because the Paso Robles sun and weather destroyed out redwood fence and this vinyl/pvc fence has a life time warranty. I highly recommend Creative Fence if you are considering replacing your existing fence or need a new fence installed. read more

I was referred to Creative Fence by Mike at Coast Fence for a residential job. I received a call quickly to schedule a meeting for a bid and Greg Sr. came over a few weeks later. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and my bid came via email a few days later. It was lower then most others I'd had, so I was pretty excited to get the ball rolling! Unfortunately, there was such poor communication and follow-up at this point, that I was completely turned off. Along with my quote, Greg stated to "let me know if you have any questions". I asked a couple to which he responded "ok I will work on it thanks" and then I got no response for 9 days, so I emailed again to follow-up and he replied, " Sorry, I've been slammed" and that he would "get back to me one day next week". That was almost a month ago. Needless to say, I have chosen another company at this point. Obviously, Greg was "too slammed" to want my business. Its frustrating and unprofessional that he would waste my time like that. read more

Our property management company (GrandView Real Estate Inc.) has worked with Creative Fence for many years and have always found this company to be reliable, extremely professional, courteous and competitively priced. Creative Fence has done many different projects for us (from rolling chain link fences to very custom iron railings). We highly recommend Creative Fence not only for your fencing needs but for custom iron work, handrails, etc. read more

I wish on moments like this there was a MINUS or NO STARS option. I would Highly suggest avoiding this group. It seems of young men, without definition. I didn't contact them, I was calling around for fence estimates, an the company I called referred me to these "Jokers". I gladly took the referral. Not knowing any better. Unfortunately, from the time after the initial estimate, It was a chase. Me chasing them. I was promised an estimate submitted 1 week after. Which turned into 2 weeks. So disappointing to have to chase a service to "Get Paid". Actually, with this service a down payment is required up front, an like so many other flaky individuals I foresee this venture to be a nightmare. On that date when the estimate was promised, an not received, I called to follow through an figure out WHAT was the hold up., Salvadore, proceeded to let me know, he hadn't "gotten around to it, yet". NICE! Which in a nut shell, this attitude tells me, this kind of company IS NOT all that hungry for work. An IF I hired them, THIS is the mentality I WILL RECEIVE! I said fine. An let it go another week, another due date was given, an word broken AGAIN! I called, funny thing, EVERY TIME I called I was sent to voice mail. EVERY TIME!! But within a matter of minutes I received a email. I FINALLY received my estimates. An what was Amazing to me. Each Estimates were approximately 2-5 lines. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! It took TWO WEEKS to send out 2 line Estimates... I warn you, the unprofessionalism with these young men, scream Trouble. I've since then received other estimates, from other fence companies. All were well written. Well Detailed. Very Clear, an much cheaper than Creative Fence. The estimates I have received are at least $4-5,000 less with other companies. There's too many companies out there doing things like this.. Or worse. I wish more people would submit their experiences good or bad. Helping other potential prey to avoid companies such as these. This was a learning experience, but also a waste of time! I value my time. An am interested in serious contractors. Any thing less is worthless, an simply not acceptable. What would be way worse, would be if I would of naively hired them,, they took the deposit, an kept me hanging on..waiting til THEY were ready to complete the promised work. With so many other well rehearsed, reliable companies out there... Investigate, research, an choose wisely. read more

Hired Creative to Fence our yard with 3 rail vinyl fence backed by hog wire to keep the dogs in. Their estimate for 325' of Fence with 2 walk gates and one 8' drive gate was in line with other estimates we received. The fence looks beautiful. They layed it out with me and corrected little things that I thought were incorrect without argument or complaining. At the end the owner came out and spent about an hour walking the fence and fixing things he thought weren't quite right, including taking a wet rag and cleaning the rails that had been splashed with mud during construction. I would hire them again. read more

Great price + competent work = great value. Very happy with the new fence!

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Creative Fence Co. They built three gates for me and finished today. One is a rod iron gate with a keypad lock on both sides so that I can go in and out of my front porch area without a key. The other two are 6-foot high wooden gates on the two sides of my home that were built exactly as I wanted them. Salvador is a delightful man to work with. He was the one who gave me the bid and oversaw the whole job, and he kept his word about doing everything I wanted. Richard was the on-the-job supervisor/builder, and he is so good that, if I ever needed more work, he is worth waiting for. Since he is the most experienced builder, he is assigned to all the big jobs. If you have a small job, tell Salvador that you will wait until Richard can fit you in, which can be done in between big jobs. I am a very happy customer and recommend this firm highly. read more
