All the machines were fantastic, but I ran into issues with the company coming to pick it up. I rented a community center for our party, so we had to be out of there by Sunday. It's Monday morning and the equipment is still at the community center. I was told they would be there by 6-7pm on Sunday and I waited but they were a no call-no show. I'd like to mention that I originally ordered a nacho cheese machine but I couldn't find the proper bag of cheese to fit it. I called an explained this to them and they were gracious enough to take it off my order even though it was less than 24 hours before the party. That is when I asked if I could get the popcorn machine and cart and pay the $50. difference. Again, graciously they accommodated me. My only issue is the pickup of said equipment. I spend over $600 and made sure to pay the delivery/pickup fee as well so that I could insure the fact that I would be out of the rented facility. When I called them on Sunday to ask when the items would be picked up, they originally said Monday or Tuesday. I expressed my need to vacate the premises on Sunday and that is when I was told 6 or 7 that evening. Finally, they called this morning. Not only did the woman on the phone have an attitude, but she threw in my face that I altered the contract. Yes I did but they allowed it, and made more money from the switch. My advice to people, do not rely on their pickup services. You will be stuck with fees from a hall rental because they are not in the business for timely pickup.
