I asked for a few other small patch jobs around the house and he charged a very fair price to add those on. There was an issue with the bathroom fan. Which, I will admit, had me worried. But money is tight these days so I rolled the dice and just decided to watch them like a hawk. The only surprise was that there were no surprises! They did exactly what they said they'd do. And when they said they'd do it. For the money they said they'd charge. And didn't leave a mess behind. The roof looks like it never happened. We've had a few big winds since with no sign of loose panels or leakage. So I can find no reason NOT to give this company the full 5 stars. Job well done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I have the need. You'd be wise to do the same.
