The job took almost a month to finish, and we understood- it was a significant amount of work, and it looked nice when all finished, but they broke a basement window and billed us 3 times the estimate. Then he called us at work, sounding drunk in the middle of the day, and threatened to take our house and have his friends in the sherriffs office remove us if we didn't pay. We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.

We've had a few big winds since with no sign of loose panels or leakage. So I can find no reason NOT to give this company the full 5 stars. Job well done.
