I kindly asked to be refunded for them due to poor quality of the furniture and I would like to replace in the near future. Mark the owner proceeded to tell me he sells hundreds of the tables and never has an issue, and cannot do a refund for my chairs that I no longer wanted. I didn't expect a refund for my table, I didn't even really complain I just didn't want the chairs any longer- since the furniture is poor quality. He very well could have refunded me and kept the chairs just chose not to. I will not return and do not recommend, poor customer service.

They aren't even supposed to be made until next year!!! Now we are totally stuck and no one with PB will contact us back. Horrible! They say we will have an answer in 24 - 48 hours but it doesn't happen. I only wish I had read other similar reviews online before we ordered this time. Big mistake!!

First of all, it took months between the time I ordered the furniture and the time it was delivered. The sofa was fine but the chair cushions were badly made. They were the wrong dimensions and didn't fit the chair at all, and were badly stuffed and lumpy. And the chair cost $799 + tax. Pottery Barn was apologetic bur actually took no responsibility. The upshot was that I returned the chair. I paid for the chair in full, but Pottery Barn is now telling me to get my cash back I'll have to contact the credit card bank. But the money hasn't been refunded to the card. I want a check from Pottery Barn, but it looks like I'll have to have more aggravation before I get my money back.. I'd advise everyone NOT to buy furniture from them. I gave them a one-star rating only because a no-star rating isn't an option.

He answered many questions, gave us all the information we were looking for and more. He allowed us to take stain samples on wood tiles to our design center to match our future floor stain. He was wonderful to work with! We are told our furniture would be ready in 10-12 weeks and they will safely store it there for us if our house isn't yet finished. I feel confident this will be a good transaction and am very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture. I also believe the pricing is fair and reasonable.
