If you ask for a refund, they literally told me, "Sorry, we already spent the money so there's nothing left to refund." I signed a contract with Zenith last month, enrolling my daughter in after-school care for this August. I asked written questions about the contract as I was signing, including about the fee schedule. I was okay with being charged an enrollment fee during the sign-up, but was confused that Zenith deducted August 2019's tuition in May. There was never an answer to my questions. But whatever, at least my daughter had after-school care, right? A couple of weeks later, Zenith sent out an email disparaging my daughter's school for revoking their contract with them. In that email, they stated that those who already enrolled may be subject to a refund. Indeed, the contract I signed with Zenith even stated that they prorate tuition if it is not completed. I emailed Zenith directly and asked about a refund. They literally said, "Sorry, we spent all of the funds so there is nothing left to refund." Instead, they want me to pursue my daughter's school for the refund. 1. My contract is not with the school, it was with Zenith. 2. Zenith withdrew the funds. I have already filed a BBB complaint. I want everyone to know that this "non-profit" only cares about your money; not your kid's learning or being your partner. They want your money up front and have no intention of giving it back when they fail to provide the tutoring and care to your child.

This review may be a little long, but it comes straight from the heart. I enrolled my daughter in this school when she was just 10 months old, and she stayed until she was almost 3.5 years old. Looking back, I am overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude for the incredible foundation this place gave her. To my surprise and joy, my little baby grew into a confident, independent, and respectful little girl--all thanks to the loving and nurturing environment at Creative Learning. As a working mom, the thought of leaving my baby with someone else was difficult and emotional. But from day one, the teachers welcomed us with open arms. They made both me and my daughter feel at home. For her, it truly became a second home. She still talks about her time there and shares sweet stories and memories that warm my heart. All of my daughter's big firsts--crawling, standing, walking--happened at Creative Learning. I'm forever grateful to every single teacher who played a role in her journey. Their pricing was great and they became a second family. They stood strong during covid and never closed, and my son was never sick. Despite moving further away from this location, I kept my son at CLA until he started Kindergarten. When I arrived at her home, she was very welcoming and had a great personality which made me feel at ease. Her family was very welcoming as well and immediately showed love to Nathaniel. Nathaniel had been struggling with colic and when she asked if she could hold him, she immediately knew what to do to relieve him. She was so loving, I can still picture it till this day. I asked for her history and references which she gladly supplied. She had a long history of caring for and educating children. Her patience is superb and she creates great curriculum to educate the children and keep them busy. Nathaniel learned so much and enjoyed playing with her older children to the point where he now at 7 years old excelling in school and always playing with older kids. He is very mature for his age. Erin had moved which was further from me but Nathaniel was starting Pre-K so it worked out but even in Pre-K and if she was close I still would have had him with her after school. I only trust Erin as I know she extends her love to all children and I would love for her to watch my 3 year daughter old if I was closer. I work from home which gives me the capability to take care of my daughter. Evev then I am still trying to figure out how I can get my daughter in her care. If its not Enchanted Learning Preschool then its nothing at all!
