We tried another daycare in town and didn't get updates when our son was having allergic reactions to an antibiotic, we had to ask the next day about it....and they still didn't seem alarmed that he had needed a medication to help with the reaction when we got him home. NO apologies, NO changes made. We finally decided to take him out after we had other issues too, until we could get into Creative Care and it was the best decision ever. They make sure to call if they notice any change in his demeanor or health, and respond to calls when you call vs take a message and call back later. The admin is responsive and knows who you are talking about when you call and identify yourself, and you can tell the teachers care! Finding a great daycare can be a very tough thing to do. Thankfully, Creative Care took my daughter in with open arms and became family. The Teachers and staff at Creative Care are trustworthy, welcoming, and so good with the kids. I wouldn't want my children to go anywhere else. My children have been going here since they were 8 weeks old! Everyone is so nice and truly loving to the kids. My oldest is 6 now and youngest is 18 months and they love their teachers.
