My anxiety/depression have drastically improved!! I no longer struggle with suicidal ideation and don't get caught up in OCD spiraling thoughts like I used to. I recently had an intrusive thought but instead of ruminating on it for hours/days, I was able to say "that's not going to happen" and then I MOVED ON! Like it was nothing. Such a huge sense of relief and am still so grateful I did this for myself! It has been life changing. Thank you!

I found that…read moreI had so many emotions that were stored in my organs and intestines that were preventing me from digesting and even moving forward in my life. Kenzie is easy to connect with and is so kind and informative through the entire process. Since my session with her my digestive system has been restored and I even stopped having the pains in my kidneys. I never knew that I could feel this good! While I had a bad experience with one spiritual person, I was determined to find someone who cared more about me than money. Kenzie, well where do I start? She and I spoke over the phone and she spent 45 minutes with me listening to me rant about the previous spiritual counselor amongst other things and by the end of the call I felt very connected to Kenzie. I knew I could trust her and she had my best interest at heart. The previous spiritual counselor charged me huge up front fees and demanded I take out loans to continue to pay her! Kenzie, charges by the hour so that was a huge relief. My in person session was intense. I laughed, I cried deep from my heart, memories resurfaced from my past, I went through an emotional journey in a few hours. I was emotionally exhausted, I can't imagine how Kenzie must have felt, and yet I felt freed from baggage I didn't know I was carrying. I have since messaged Kenzie with a few questions and she has always responded. I know Kenzie cares about me, I am very blessed the universe put us in contact at the right time.

It's hard to know where to start when writing a review about Sheeilu. Her best quality as a…read moretherapist, in my opinion, is she cares enough and is brave enough to help you really learn about yourself. She is incisive and applies the right amount of pressure, and at the right times, to make sure you are ready for what comes next. She understands that most (if not all) of the things we go to therapy for exist along a spectrum with both positive and negative impacts on our lives. She does her best to help you channel those into the positive. And when those unpleasant moments come (and they always do) it feels like she standing should-to-shoulder with you to face them.

Don't recommend. Jackson Nightshade is the worst therapist my friend has had in over 10 years…read more From what I have heard, and seen during their sessions, he is 5-10 minutes late to every session. When he does show up, he doesn't allow them to speak for longer than a few minutes without interrupting. Even though he is an intern, he has no professionalism at all. He has scheduled appointments without their knowledge, and gotten upset when they didn't show up. He doesn't listen to them, or ask professional questions ; His questions are always trying to learn more for his own personal benefit and never to ask questions to help better them and their personal growth. A session they had recently he asked them how they know of their own existence after having knowledge of them having psychosis and not always knowing if they or anyone else truly exists. Not once has he tried to help them learn coping skills, or give guidance. He consistently tells them he doesn't understand their open relationship, mental illness, and so much more they struggle with daily. My friend has told me on multiple occasions, they never want to attend sessions with him, or anyone else anymore due to the experiences with him. He has not once helped them grow or get better, and since seeing him, I can see them getting worse, closing off, and letting their agoraphobia get so much worse. They tend to end the sessions upset, frustrated, and feeling extremely unheard, unseen, and forgotten about. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking of seeing him as a therapist, and go find someone else. He isn't worth the energy and stress.
