Nancy is warm, funny, creative and professional. We shot at The Dole Mansion (where her studio is located) and the location made it all the better for me. The pictures? They're the best pictures I've ever had taken. I'm actually comfortable with the way I look, which is unusual for me. We jumped right into the training with no delay or interruption, which was important to me, since i was visiting from out of state. We had live models, as advertised, for hand-on experience. He did end up getting a perfect score for his permit exam, so he learned something. The staff here is great. They let us switch from the 6:30pm class to the 4:30pm class after my son saw some kids he knew from hockey. My son said the teaching went really fast, which freaked him out, but as I stated he did well. I guess the other students often were on their phones and not paying attention. Based on the format of the classes, I appreciate that the instructors brought in guest speakers to talk about things like drunk driving. The instructors were also really good about sharing real-life tragic accidents and resulting deaths. My son said it was a little much, but they made their points. We didn't take the optional practical driving lessons, so can't comment on that.
