I actually got two tattoos done here a few years ago, but I recently went back to get some nose piercings. They have now split their building into two. Both are on the same road just two doors down from each other, so it's not hard to get to either of them. There is plenty of parking on the side of each building as well. It was pretty cool being in the newer second building this time. Both were extremely clean. I watched everything being opened in front of me, and Kenneth, the piercer, was super amazing at explaining everything as it was happening. The pricing was very reasonable too! It was $35 for a piercing plus $5 for each additional one. The rest of the price depended on jewelry choice and taxes. They had a large selection of quality jewelry. I got the smallest white opal studs from neometal. So I got two nose studs, one on each side of my nose. Initially it was great! But I did go back a few days later to have one removed because it was crooked. Kenneth took it out and scheduled a new appointment to get it redone in a month, all free of charge! It really felt like he cared about making it right. Overall, best piercing experience I've had in Muskegon ever. Highly recommend!

We were able to get an appointment quickly with a piercer who has been in the business for 17 years, which is great to have someone with all that knowledge. It took about 20 minutes to get through the paperwork and have the earrings sanitized and when my daughter sat down she spent additional time walking her through all of the steps and expectations - we were never rushed and all questions were respectfully answered. When my daughter got nervous she stopped and calmly walked her through it and waited until she was fully ready again. The piercing sites were marked where my daughter was able to see before hand and adjust as desired, everything was cleaned and then after the piercing she applied a cold saline cloth which my daughter loved. It has been two weeks and so far the piercings haven't caused any pain - we followed the advice to not turn and clean with saline spray only as needed, which is the exact opposite advice I received decades ago and it has worked fantastically. Also, the earring she got had flat backs so they don't poke into her head, which has also provided better comfort then the shopping mall piercing I received as a child. Additionally, we go back after 8 weeks for them to update her earring size, which provides a smaller rod through her ear since the current earring is longer to account for swelling - this is a great option which I wasn't expecting, there is a lot of thought that goes through this entire process! I highly recommend this for a first piercing for your child. It is far more expensive than a mall piercing but such a better experience that it is definitely worth it!

I picked the piece that I had envisioned and was very happy to know that cost included a lifetime warranty if anything was defective by the manufacturer. Including missing crystals, discoloration of the gold and will help fix anything so I'm satisfied! As long as it wasn't a user error and I had the original item. I was pleased to see how clean and orderly the shop is. We had time to look around at all the leathers and jewelry. I was given a sheet outlining what was going to happen and I initiated and signed it. You have to show ID also. I was offered an upgrade on the jewelry for $10. The piercing comes with a small silver hoop and ball. The upgrade is also a ring, but in place of the ball there is a gemstone. The Friday I went had a bonus. Instead of $30 per ear, it was $40 for both ears. I met the artist, and she ushered me into a room that was clean and bright. Kenzie told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it. First ear wasn't painful at all but the second one was. Kenzie told me that's how it usually goes, as adrenaline got used up on the first ear. It was over in under 5 minutes and pain was about a 3 for me. Kenzie gave me a sheet with aftercare instructions and went over it with me. She also said I could return in a few months and she would change the rings for me as it's almost impossible to do by yourself. This was a positive event for me, but will have to see if it helps my headaches. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the shop is clean and orderlyk
