Unfortunately, my concern was met with a confrontational and dismissive response from the manager, rather than a professional effort to address the situation. Punctuality and customer service are essential in a service-based business. While occasional delays may be unavoidable, how those situations are handled makes a significant difference. Regrettably, I did not feel my time or business was valued during this visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve future client experiences. This means no stress, no worries, no problems. Everyone is welcome and I felt that way immediately. The cherry on top, I got to pet cats while I got my haircut.
