Don't bother. Pandemic or not, no one needs rude obnoxious staff. I called to see if I could make…read morean appointment and she was curt and dismissive. Instead of saying: "No we do not take appointments, it is walk in only." I get: "We dont do that." - silence. So I have to keep pulling info and it was the same type of curt responses. Seriously, I can't make this up. These are the type of businesses and employees you want to see go out of business. There is no way I would patronize a business like this, there are way too many places to get a haircut to have to put up with that. Don't believe me? Call and see what happens.

I really try not to leave negative reviews because I know that things happen sometimes and that not…read moreevery haircut will be perfect. However, my boyfriend went in asking for a simple blend on the sides the other day just to clean things up, and instead a bunch was taken off the top/front, the sides weren't blended AT all, and the back wasn't even touched. He had to come home and trim down the sides himself because the hair was still so long. She did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what he asked. He's gone to several other places in the past and has never had an experience like this. He was in and out in 10 minutes, and said the whole experience felt rushed and that there was no attention given to what he was actually asking for. He left extremely unhappy with his haircut, and unfortunately there's not a whole lot that can be done to fix it now. He definitely will not be returning.
