On the day of the cleaning, She stayed in touch through the day to update me on the time as the weather that day was making getting around very tough! Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. It's just a better feeling or around I'll surely be heading her back in the future, and I recommend you as well. They were able to meet my schedule, arrived promptly on time, and worked tirelessly following a 3-week repair project due to a water leak that cracked ceiling due to heaviness of insulation. Having had to go through the 3-week project which left dust and small flecks of fiberglass insulation, it was a pleasure to have everything cleaner than before. Eddie tickled me when he explained, in cleaning my French doors (frame, windows and seals), he couldn't stand the way the outside windows weren't cleaned, so he walked onto porch and cleaned the outside (not part of the contract). That was PROOF that Eddie takes pride in what he and his team's work and progress. I recommend NOLA Elite Cleaning to anyone on the northshore (I live in Hammond), and they also cover the southshore. A+ as they exceeded my expectations in cleaning my Master Bedroom (EVERYTHING) including polishing furniture, glass, and also the bathroom was spotless.... every nook and cranny was cleaned and the glass shower doors had zero mineral build up left and looked like new. You cannot go wrong.

I hired Grimes Cleaning LLC for routine janitorial services for my business. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice consistently fell short of what was agreed. The contract included wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping. Across multiple visits, only the floors were swept and mopped. Surfaces were not wiped at all -- even after my staff clearly labeled areas that needed cleaning. My team personally observed the work each time and had to clean afterward. When I raised the issue, the worker on site told me he wasn't paid enough to do the work being requested and that I should take it up with the owner. I did reach out to the owner, offered opportunities to correct the issue, and even suggested different staffing. Instead of addressing performance, the response shifted toward enforcing the contract and later attempting to reprice completed work. I ultimately discontinued the service due to repeated nonperformance. The experience did not match what was sold to me in terms of professionalism or results. I would not recommend this service for businesses that need reliable, thorough janitorial work.
