This company has been an incredible support to my elderly mom as she's gone through decades of things. They've consistently gone above and beyond with what I see as an organizer's job. I contacted a dozen or so personal organization businesses upon a client's request. I was not impressed with most of the people I spoke with, for various reasons. Last year, I moved from an apartment with abundant closet space to a larger house with very little closet space. As a result, my home office was a disaster; I had cut a path to walk from the door to the desk, but otherwise the floor was covered in clutter, and I could only barely get into the office closet, which was used in the least efficient way I can imagine. I looked up professional organizers, and after calling several in my area, Creating Clarity was the most competitively priced, and Pamela, the owner, was the only one who offered to come in and take a look around to evaluate the situation. She offered to have her team start working on it just four business days later, which was also the soonest any of the organizers were able to start! After three days in my home, Pamela and her team felt like friends, which is good, because they had access to all my most personal information in my files, photos, and other documents. The office is unrecognizable from when they started (in a good way!), and I have an organizational system that ensures no new clutter builds up, because everything has a home. As part of their service, Creating Clarity took care of getting things out of my house and over to the proper locations for recycling (including electronics), charitable donations, eBay sales, and shredding. At the end of the last day, Pamela had a few minutes to spare, so she organized my hall closet for me and gave me some ideas for other areas in the house! I hired Creating Clarity to help me organize my kitchen after having thrown everything into "any cabinet I could find" when we moved in a year ago. Pamela came out, took pictures, discussed my use of the kitchen (I am a baker) and then put a proposal together. I hired Creating Clarity after having moved to Los Angeles from New York. I had a decade worth of stuff shipped here in a Pod, and when I unpacked everything into my new home, saying I was out of my depths was an understatement. The pros at Creating Clarity dealt with years of stuff piled into my garage. They guided me through sorting what I needed to keep, what was trash, and what could be of use to others.
