I've lost count of how many times Pamela and her amazing team have organized our lives haha everything from our storage units (cataloging and storing in a manner that makes everything easily accessible) to our closets, husbands library & recording studio (hello, wire & whatchamacallits hell?) even the most overwhelming spaces can be made manageable and organized. They are very sensitive and respectful to clients that may have attachments to things that seem like junk to the naked eye and are very communicative and professional on every level. Everyone on the team has great positive energy which is important considering some projects can take days (if you're us) and it's always a pleasure having their smiling faces in our home making our quality of life better. We've used creating clarity for a yearly purge/organization since 2014. This review is long overdue. Let Pam and her team take on the projects that feel impossible and I promise you will not regret it. read more

Pamela Morrone has been absolutely outstanding in her work with and for me: organizing years of possessions: clothing, cameras, memorabilia, papers and files, furniture, photos, books, etc., etc. She contacted shredders, movers and donation trucks. Brought things to specific places to be recycled; helped me unpack and organize on moving day; made donation lists for tax purposes, etc., etc. I can't say enough how incredibly helpful she and her assistant, Vanna, have been. I literally never could have done this move without her!! I am very, very grateful! read more

This company has been an incredible support to my elderly mom as she's gone through decades of things. They've consistently gone above and beyond with what I see as an organizer's job. On the day of my mom's move, Pamela was at my mom's place, directing the movers, and then was at the destination doing the same. Every box was meticulously labeled and she directed where they needed to go. Now she is helping my mom unpack and organize her things. I don't think my mom could have done it without her. read more

I contacted a dozen or so personal organization businesses upon a client's request. I was not impressed with most of the people I spoke with, for various reasons. Some were a bit of a reach (using meditation), some did not present themselves very confidently, others were unorganized in the information they provided me (uhm, helllloooo!!). When I finally spoke with Pamela from Creating Clarity, I had just about given up, and was looking into flights to get myself to California in order to get the job done (as a Virtual Assistant, my clients do *not* live local to me). Five minutes on the phone with Pamela, and I was feeling much more relaxed. After a little back-and-forth with my client, trying to find a timeframe that worked for both him and Creating Clarity, I finally had an appointment scheduled. Pamela and Jamie were able to organize my client's home in a way that he felt comfortable and happy when he entered his personal space after a long day at work and school. Did I mention he'd just made two moves in the space of 6 weeks? They had a lot to work with - literally. Boxes weren't yet unpacked, there were few defined spaces, and my client wasn't really around to answer questions or give input into the process. They took everything in hand and just completed the task. I have mentioned Creating Clarity's services to other clients. My client has since referred Creating Clarity over to a few friends, family members, and business associates. Not all of them have seen the light ... but we have confidence that one day they, too, will be blessed by an uncluttered and worry-free environment! Friendly and open, organized and punctual. Definitely give Creating Clarity a call if you're feeling overwhelmed in your own space! read more

Last year, I moved from an apartment with abundant closet space to a larger house with very little closet space. As a result, my home office was a disaster; I had cut a path to walk from the door to the desk, but otherwise the floor was covered in clutter, and I could only barely get into the office closet, which was used in the least efficient way I can imagine. I looked up professional organizers, and after calling several in my area, Creating Clarity was the most competitively priced, and Pamela, the owner, was the only one who offered to come in and take a look around to evaluate the situation. She offered to have her team start working on it just four business days later, which was also the soonest any of the organizers were able to start! After three days in my home, Pamela and her team felt like friends, which is good, because they had access to all my most personal information in my files, photos, and other documents. The office is unrecognizable from when they started (in a good way!), and I have an organizational system that ensures no new clutter builds up, because everything has a home. As part of their service, Creating Clarity took care of getting things out of my house and over to the proper locations for recycling (including electronics), charitable donations, eBay sales, and shredding. At the end of the last day, Pamela had a few minutes to spare, so she organized my hall closet for me and gave me some ideas for other areas in the house! And when I find myself with items that I'm unsure about, I often ask WWPD (What Would Pamela Do?). After working with Creating Clarity, documents are easy to find, things get done on time, my taxes were a breeze to prepare, and I can always see the top of my desk and the floor in my office! read more

I hired Creating Clarity to help me organize my kitchen after having thrown everything into "any cabinet I could find" when we moved in a year ago. Pamela came out, took pictures, discussed my use of the kitchen (I am a baker) and then put a proposal together. After discussing my level of participation we finalized a cost and Pamela got started last Monday. I have had the kitchen organized now for 3 days and I can't believe the difference in my life. I didn't realize how much I searched for places to put things away before. Now everything has it's place, all the like items are together and there is air around things for the first time. Feels like I got a bunch of new kitchen stuff. Plus we were able to get rid of things I never used in the first place (to charity). Pamela was wonderful, worked really hard and will be my go-to for my garage this fall! read more

I recently moved & my closet was a mess. I thought that I might have to do some of the work, but Terra came & organized the entire thing. I didn't lift a finger. When she finished, I was able to see everything & get to everything. It looks amazing in there & it was such a painless process. Reasonable rates & friendly service. It felt like a friend came over & cleaned my closet. I highly recommend them for any sort of organizational problem. Money well spent! read more

I CANNOT say enough amazing things about Jamie and this team of highly professional organizers. I was getting ready to transition our 3 year old into a "shared" living space with her sister that'd be born any day and Jamie made our lives so much easier. She "sees" things in a room that I'd never imagine! She transformed our home and made the transition so much easier as we welcomed a 4th member to our family. Thank you, Jamie, for all that you did. And thank you, Creating Clarity, for employing such warm and caring individuals to help us sift through our homes to make room for more life. read more

Best decision I have every made! Terra thank you so much again for helping me sort through and organize my home! She was very professional and sweet and helped me sort through, label, and either donate or organize a ton of things I had simply accumulated over the years and just shoved in my closet. I feel so much better about my home now that I can actually find things and keep them organized. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Creating Clarity! I LOVE to clean and organize... and I thought that I was pretty good at it... until Creating Clarity showed me what REALLY good looks like. I was doing a major move and decided that I could use some help, based on a recommendation made by a friend. Terra was FANTASTIC! I had no idea what a huge help she would be. She got in there, gave my ideas, and did it! It was amazing! I highly recommend Creating Clarity! I can't wait to use them again! read more

My husband and I are days away from having our 2nd child, and we realized a couple of months ago that we needed help in making our small space work as efficiently as possible as our family makes this next step. For us, this really centered around how we use the storage space (primarily closets & dressers) in our two bedrooms. Enter Jamie and Creating Clarity. During Jamie's first visit, she asked lots of questions about our day-to-day habits and also what our wishes were for what the space could be, and then started her assessment by telling us everything we were already doing right. She immediately gained our trust with her expertise and warm demeanor and we knew we could let her work her magic without much direction from us. The end result showed that she had really listened to what each of us in our family needed in our individual and collective storage spaces. She helped us see the items we live with differently without taking us too far outside our comfort zone. We are now able to access what we want to on a daily basis easily, see more of what excess we can "trim" on a regular basis (as opposed to our once yearly efforts), and BREATHE better knowing we are living in a smarter space. What seems like such a small detail - to revamp closets - has actually been a game-changer for us in the few weeks we have lived with the results of this project. Thank you, Jamie and Creating Clarity, for making this process pain-free, enjoyable and so rewarding! read more

I cannot even begin to explain the amazing experience I had with Creating Clarity. Jamie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely patient and her organizational skills are superb. She helped turn a very stressful move into an exciting adventure. She guided us thru every process needed to make sure we were well prepared with our move. She helped us figure out the rooms we had the hardest time navigating and put together a system for everything. I have a better peace of mind and feel so happy in our new space, thanks to Jamie! THANK YOU Creating Clarity & Jamie. We will definitely be using you again and recommending you to everyone we know!! read more

Since I met this amazing team of organizers, I've seen such an amazing, professionally, and unique style of organizing. As a General builder company I highly recommend Creating Clarity, I really admire their way they accomplished the best way to organize your home as if it was their own. I hired Creating Clarity after having moved to Los Angeles from New York. I had a decade worth of stuff shipped here in a Pod, and when I unpacked everything into my new home, saying I was out of my depths was an understatement. Not only did I have way too much stuff in the way of clothes, furniture, and pretty much everything, I had no idea where to put it all; My living area was cluttered and closets were jam-packed. I had no idea what to get rid of and no idea how to utilize the space that I had. Creating Clarity arrived at my place and within 20 minutes things were already looking better. The staff had a very sensitive, but pragmatic way of helping me to let go of things I no longer used and/or needed. Everything found its place neatly and succinctly into a drawer or cupboard, and it all made sense. Everything was labeled, which I loved. I found myself just opening the closet door (even when I didn't need to get anything out of it) ... just to see how nice it all looked! Perhaps the biggest transformations happened in my closet and in my office. As an actress, life is fast-paced and unpredictable; there is a lot of multi-tasking done at my desk and now, everything was in neatly labeled folders ..which seemed to double my level of productivity when working from home. Also being able to get ready for an audition or event became much less stressful because now I could actually see all of the clothes I owned. Plus, they worked so fast ... I was amazed! I can't express how much Creating Clarity streamlined my life. I would use them anytime I you move. -Marisa, Actress read more

Creating Clarity has been keeping us organized since 2014! At first we hired them to organize my office, our pantry and kitchen and then we had them come back to organize and declutter the rest of our house. Jaime and Terra are just two members of this professional, efficient and trustworthy staff. They are also the nicest people to work with. They have great ideas and helped our family immensely when my mother passed away and we had to deal with all the paperwork of her estate. I have them come back twice a year to keep our files and house in check and have recommended them to many friends and colleagues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Pamela, the head of Creating Clarity, is the consummate professional. She knows exactly what she's doing and does it well. There is nothing so beautiful as a smartly arranged, well-labeled storage area, or an unruly kitchen made new from the benefit of Pamela's expertise. I work in the home improvement industry often with clients undergoing major construction in their homes. My clients who have used Creating Clarity always come through the ordeal of renovation much more relaxed and sane than those who try to muddle through on their own. Whether it's to get your office in order, or to try to survive a complete revamp of your life, I highly recommend Pamela and Creating Clarity to get you through it. read more

The pros at Creating Clarity dealt with years of stuff piled into my garage. They guided me through sorting what I needed to keep, what was trash, and what could be of use to others. They arranged for everything to be hauled away delivering loads to the dump, to charities (returning tax receipts), personally handling things that required shredding, and organizing what was left. I felt like I should be doing more work in the process but they handled everything except for a few decisions that they guided me through. I've never used a service like this before but they are truly are amazing. read more

wow! I don't spend time doing reviews unless it is really important. This company is really important. And it is not so much a company as it is the people. People who know their business and are patient listeners; sensitive to whatever your needs are. They literally create a space for you to become more efficient. So that you can get on with your life. For me that person has been Pamela Morrone. Twice now I have used her personally to help organize files, documents, and tax returns. What to keep, what to shred and what to rename. She can do this at a lightening speed. What a talent! First she helped me with the death of my father and the chaos of that time. Recently she has helped with all of the paperwork that has come with my employment of caregivers for my mother and sister, and the changes for me with new directions in my life. She has created a place for me, to move forward. Thank you Pamela for your clarity. read more
