Prices are a bit steep but it gets better if you go on a family plan. They also provide a lot of gym amenities to make the pricetag worth it. From pickleball courts to rock climbing. Basketball courts as well. There are so many things to do at the facility beyond normal gym and fitness. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool. Both of them are very large and spacious. The outdoor one also has waterslides and a poolside bar and grill. It really feels like a resort. The indoor amenities are good as well. You can relax in the hot tub or sit in a sauna/steam room. There are also cold plunge pools. I love the unlimited studio classes. Xtreme intervals and maxout upper/lower body are my favorites. The instructors are energetic and motivating. They always keep me on my toes while keeping the overall class still fun and entertaining. If you're looking for more than just a basic gym, Life Time is the place to be. Highly recommend--it's transformed my fitness routine!

It's not a place where you're going to see fancy amenities and unnecessary equipments . I love how they have more than just one machine available. Especially during peak time . I want to shout out the front desk lady , Helene who welcomes me everyday after a 25 min drive from the city ... and is always so attentive .

And explaining the rules really well that they were prepared and less scared. The whole facility is larger than I thought it was. So you really can be there with all skill levels. They have a gym upstairs so when I went to use the women's bathroom, I was not surprised that they have a shower. Because they know you can work up rockclimbing or using the gym. So I know that me being there I'm not typical clientele. But I was surprised they didn't have a changing table. I can't possibly be the first parent to be there with an infant who needed a changing table. ‍ oh well. Still had a good time.

I've spoken to them about it repeatedly, and all I get is ignorance and lame excuses. Today was the worst, though. After the hot water turned ice cold after 30 seconds, I toweled off and got dressed, and stopped at the front desk. There I got to deal with "Jhonny," who focused on his cellphone, ignored me while I tried to talk to him, then TURNED AND WALKED AWAY, without once acknowledging my presence. What. The. Hell?
