Awesome little shop we found in Coudersport. I was walking by and saw the sign saying it was pulled pork day. So we stopped in. The bf got the pulled pork sandwich which he said was awesome and some kind of fancy-ish coffee drink. I got a cold matcha latte and an açaí bowl w almonds added on. Both were delish. Wasn't expecting to find matcha in town so that was a pleasant surprise. If I'm ever back in town for star gazing I will def stop back in. Prices were reasonable

The cheapest yet still fantastically tasty place ever. Got 2 scoops of ice cream for just $2.12 (in this almost-recessionary economy!). Definitely recommend this place - staff is nice, flavors are great especially the Alumni Swirl and the Blackberry sorbet, and price is crazy reasonable!

Thought we would check this spot out since every other spot we searched appeared to look run down and seedy. My overall score for this business is a 4.5 / 10. Let me break down a few of the pros of stopping at this ice cream establishment.. It's cute and well decorated, smells pleasant inside, has seating, offers various cold/sweet treats, and had various trinkets/puzzles for sale on the wall. Now let's get to the cons.. So my wife and I both order small size, which in our experience is pretty big in most places. However, at this location when you order a "small" you'll get a comical itty bitty 2 scoops. As both of our "smalls" we're getting scooped, we looked at each other in disbelief. Like are we really being served this tiny bit for $2?! The first ice cream girl gave weird looks when we asked if that really was a small and she asked, "is that enough?".. In reality the serving that we got, I could've eaten 15x of it, but I wasn't going to patronize this place anymore than we were. I kid not, I ate my tiny little bowl aka the "small" at the tiny table with my wife in 2 1/2 bites. This is not a place that you'll get more bang for the dollar.

What a cute lil coffee shop! The coffee was delicious and the staff was super sweet and friendly. Ended up going a few times and had to say it was even better the second time! Totally a must-go if you're touristing in the area. It has a gift shop as well and a bunch of locally made candies. Can't wait to visit again!

Down home service for everyone living or visiting Wellsboro…read more When we strolled past this quaint ice cream shop/candy store and peered in we knew we would be in for a treat. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by an employee asking how they can help you. At first we just wanted Hershey's ice cream, but we were allured by the candy isles and roasted peanuts. When you go in the back for ice cream don't feel scared to ask for a sample or two. They are happy to provide you a small spoon to try the cold tasty delights. What else is cool, is that there are 5 types of cones ranging from plain to waffle. (I picked waffle because you only live once.) As for the ice cream, it's Hershey ice cream so you can't go wrong with any of them. I went for chocolate chip mint. My wife ordered maple walnut, the chocolate chip mint was of course better. They also have soft serve vanilla and chocolate for the non adventurous types. Oh and if its around 3-3:30 you might have to wait a bit due to the after school ice-cream/candy "rush" of the local kids being released from the local schools. Overall this is a fun place to "chill" at while you are relaxing any day of the week.

It wasT a very cold weekend and we were surprised to hear that the owners relocated to Wellsboro from down south. The teas they sell are great but the bakery items are sublime. Some of the best scones and cookies we have ever had. Very personable and friendly owners.......highly reccomended.

We walked into Bradford Chocolate Factory and were instantly greeted by one of the nicest women I have ever met. I'm regretting not asking for her name but she's a long-time Bradford resident and worked at the Zippo Factory for years before "retiring" to the chocolate business. I asked what their specialty was and it was sponge candy so I bought some. Ummmmm, it was DELICIOUS! My daughter got a few other items and the prices were pretty reasonable considering how much everything has gone up over the past couple of years. If we end up in Bradford again, I'll 100% make this place one of my stops.

Dan Smith's Candies is a quaint confectioner in the heart of darling little downtown Clarion PA. I…read morerecently stopped in to grab a sweet snack when my husband and I were in town on a quiet road trip getaway together. The store is surprisingly big and bright, with a large, long case full of all sorts of sugary treats. There was a wide assortment of filled chocolates and other kinds of chocolate candies. The middle of the store has several shelves of wrapped novelty candies, gummies and hard candies, gift items, and greeting cards. At the front there is also a small ice cream case for hand-dipped cones and sundaes. My attention diverted to a case with one of my favorite sweet treats--the fudge case. There were at least ten fudge flavors, or so. I asked if I could get a quarter-pound small box with a piece of three flavors I'd like to try, to which the very kind counter attendant happily obliged. I selected the cherry nut, peanut butter, and strawberry cheesecake flavors. I also purchased a funny greeting card for my brother's upcoming birthday. When my husband and I were back in our room later, the fudge did not disappoint! It was creamy, fresh and flavorful, with a little bit of the super-sweet treat going a long way! I was very pleased with my candy and card purchase from Dan Smith's, and would gladly stop by again the next time we are in cute lil' Clarion PA. PS FYI - Also housed in the same space as Dan Smith's is Main Street Emporium, a different store but that uses the same entrance as the candy shop.
