I thought $104 was expensive for a 1st time haircut/style, but was willing to pay it since Cream had good reviews. But it wasn't worth it. My hair wasn't cut as much as I wanted, almost forcing me to have to get another haircut. The stylist (Michela) was friendly but didn't seem that experienced, particularly for the price. Worst of all, she kept trying to up-sell me on products I didn't want, such as a hair treatment and then shampoo/conditioner. It made me uncomfortable, as I haven't had stylists be so pushy before (it isn't like this is a cheap haircut). That alone made me decide I wouldn't go back. If I ask for recommendations, that's one thing, but I did not and being asked if I wanted to buy these things was annoying.
As for positives, it was nice having a complimentary hot drink on arrival and the water (cucumber? herbal?) was a perk as well. The space is spacious and has natural light on sunny days. Reception and shampoo people are very chill. read more
