The stylists are fantastic -super friendly without being overly intrusive, and they treat their clients with a sense of importance, like they value their business. I like to book in with Dianne or Donna - Dianne is the owner and Donna is one of the younger girls there, but still does an amazing job. My hair has never looked better. I get colour and highlights, and its the perfect colour for me. My highlights look natural, and they manage to keep my hair long but stil healthy by chopping off just the right amount each visit. Honestly I cant recommend this place enough. If you are in the area, or even if you arent, and are looking for a new stylist, give them a call. You wont regret it.

The hair dressers here really take the time to understand what you are trying to achieve with your hair and offer helpful suggestions on cutting styles and products that would be good for you too. There is even a loyalty program which is always a nice and useful touch. Elizabeth is the owner and a local, which to me is an added bonus. The salon is modern, clean and relaxing. Prices are what you expect from a good hairdresser and the girls are also great at doing styles/up-dos for parties.

I find the stylists really take the time to assess what colour and cut would suit you best, and I trust there advice. The reason I come back here over and over again is thanks to the compliments I'm constantly receive for my hair. I have long, relatively straight hair that is pretty much good to go as soon as I wake up. This salon has a lovely atmosphere to it, its trendy and hip- and it makes me feel 'cool' for being there. When you enter you are greeted by whoevers at the counter, there's usually a short wait (despite having an appointment booked), and you are always offered some sort of hot beverage. The magazines here are fashionable and new (no who weekly in sight) and the area is kept clean and hair free. I get 'guy' to cut my hair, it gets washed first, then blow dried and finally cut (no wet hair cutting). Usually take close to an hour (including waiting time at the start). I love this place and will probably stick with them forever. The price is definitely on the high side, but I say it's worth it.

Sometimes the staff (not Frank) can seem a tad aloof but I think they're getting better and honestly, it's probably just because they're so busy all of the time. The head massages are to die for and make up for any perceived snootiness anyhow. Parking can be a witch, but if you park out in the 2 or 4 hour lots near the train station you'll be right. Do not park in front because if you're even a millisecond late back to the car, you will get fined. I'm told that Rokk Ebony prices are expensive but I think they're reasonable, especially for the great cut you'll walk out with. Can't wait to go back.

I am traveling from west Los Angeles, California USA. The salon is small and no frills but they spare no expense in the products they use or the service they provide. As you can see from my pictures, my hair went from brassy oranges and yellows to a beautiful silky silver in a couple hours. Ana fixes my hair and told me proper hair care to insure my hair stays fresh for longer. I also got a trim and got styled. My hair is now silky, ombréd, and wedding ready! I'm literally so happy with the results I could cry! My boyfriend came in for a fresh fade for his hair too. He usually goes to super high end barbers back home but since our trip was so last minute, we came here for all our hair needs. Phanny took care of him and his hair looks better than what it looks like with the high end barbers. They really know Asian hair and their service is top notch. My hair wasn't cut as much as I wanted, almost forcing me to have to get another haircut. The stylist (Michela) was friendly but didn't seem that experienced, particularly for the price. Worst of all, she kept trying to up-sell me on products I didn't want, such as a hair treatment and then shampoo/conditioner. It made me uncomfortable, as I haven't had stylists be so pushy before (it isn't like this is a cheap haircut). That alone made me decide I wouldn't go back. If I ask for recommendations, that's one thing, but I did not and being asked if I wanted to buy these things was annoying. Coming from a guy would save his hairbrush before his family photos in a house fire I thought I'd give them a try and, it paid off! I get my hair cut and colored at Zucci and have done-so for around two years now. I started there with long black hair which turned to mid-length blonde and then fire engine red with a fringe. Currently I'm sporting a Rihanna style blonde do that gets me compliments everywhere I go. I walk into Zucci, I set them the task and they always deliver every single time. Always friendly. Always open to suggestions. Always ready to take risks. There has not been a time that I've left Zucci with a frown or a bad word to say. Highly recommended.
