Thankfully Hoopla take client relations to whole new level! My appointment started out with Brianna discussing what I did and didn't like about my hair and issues I'd previously had with my hair. After the initial consult the staff will slip you a sneaky quote for the services.There's no hidden charges and it's all laid out in the table for you. A pleasant surprise rather than the usual heart when it comes time to pay. The whole time your in the chair there's a constant supply of quality coffee. There's no Nescafé blend 23 happening here! The team here are extremely supportive of one another. With two apprentices on site the senior stylists are constantly pulling the younger tram members around to lend a hand and learn new techniques and skills. The salon was closed when I dropped in, though it was during trading times, but that's understandable because there's not much point in opening up before you've got appointments if it's the middle of a work day. I called the phone number provided and Esther answered immediately. She was friendly and accommodating, and we made an appointment for an hour later. She was just as friendly in person, and did an excellent job! After the trim and shape my hair had a lot more movement, and she showed me new techniques when blowing it out. I'll definitely be back, and will hopefully try more of her services as well! This one's definitely worth a go.

Hacked my hair and didn't make it right…read more I've been going to this salon for four years and seeing the same stylist. Recently, the stylist made a mistake that had to be rectified by cutting my hair very short. I hate the cut and asked to come back a few days later for some more adjustment. I also requested a meeting with the owner to discuss being charged for the adjustment cut. I was told by email that I would be granted no meeting and that she believes the cut to be the result of a "mutual misunderstanding." Even though the stylist told me last week that he would adjust the cut if I requested it later, this has apparently now been retracted. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for years, and have even weathered another botched cut with them. The stylist made a mistake in the cut and acknowledged it at the time. Our four-years long relationship started when another stylist made the same mistake, and he started correcting it. I recommend that you try another salon if you want to work with people who will acknowledge loyalty, address concerns cooperatively, and seek to build a relationship.

They are very personal with each person, and I really would be wrapped if I worked here because all the staff are all so lovely and friendly. I have had beauty done there regularly, hair and makeup. She is definitely an experienced hairdresser, and whilst my cut was a simple trim I have seen other dramatic and beautiful cuts walking out of this place. ( to date I am happy with my trim) Price: This is where I am torn.$75 for a cut is very very expensive. Even more so when you are coming in for a trim. I also feel that they are really trying to sell products to me.
