Past radio shows are archived on the website and cover the topics of getting through the holidays with gut and sugar support, Life Extension products uses and benefits, and how probiotics for gut support can help your brain and mood. The programs are an hour long and I have been listening to them when I am cleaning or driving. I have a lot of gut health issues which they address and it is very helpful for me. I stopped in for the raw probiotics that I have switched to. I used to buy probiotics off the shelf in a store but since I have been using the Raw Probiotics which is refrigerated, I have noticed that it works a lot better. At checkout I signed up for their emails that give coupons and specials and lets you know about the latest radio show.
