There are great real estate agents, and then there are those rare individuals who fundamentally…read morechange what is possible for their clients. Janice Lee is one of those people. I genuinely believe that without her, we would still be searching for a home in San Francisco. When we decided to move to San Francisco, we were entering one of the country's most complex and competitive housing markets with very little knowledge of the neighborhoods, pricing strategies, or unique buying practices. We also needed to move quickly. After contacting several realtors, Janice immediately distinguished herself. She called us almost instantly and spent 40 minutes patiently explaining the market, answering our questions, and helping us understand our options. Before we had even met her, she had already demonstrated a level of expertise, generosity, and genuine care that we hadn't experienced elsewhere. What followed was nothing short of exceptional. Janice possesses an extraordinary combination of deep San Francisco real estate expertise, strategic judgment, relentless dedication, and genuine personal investment in her clients. When we traveled to San Francisco, she personally picked us up and spent extensive time showing us homes, explaining neighborhoods, and helping us understand what our budget could realistically afford. She listened intently, quickly understood our priorities and lifestyle, and developed an almost instinctive sense of which homes would be right for us. She didn't waste our time showing us houses that merely checked boxes. She helped us identify places where we could truly envision building a life. What sets Janice apart most is that she approaches buying a home with the same care and discernment you would want from someone making the decision for themselves. She wasn't focused on simply finding us a house or closing a transaction. She was determined to help us find a home we would love, feel proud to own, and know represented a sound financial decision. Her honesty was invaluable. She told us when a property was worth pursuing, when it wasn't, and why. Her extensive experience with renovations and remodeling allowed her to see beyond appearances, identify potential concerns and opportunities, and help us evaluate a home's true value. She respected our budget, never pressured us to compromise, and consistently prioritized our long-term interests over the immediate sale. We never questioned whose side she was on. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were equally remarkable. Janice was consistently several steps ahead, often having disclosures and property information ready before we even requested them. When we couldn't tour a home in person, she arranged video walkthroughs. When we needed financing guidance, she connected us with an exceptional mortgage lender. Her support team was wonderful, but Janice herself remained extraordinarily accessible and personally involved throughout the entire process. No matter when we reached out, she was almost always immediately available. She anticipated what we needed before we knew to ask. In a market like San Francisco, where timing, preparation, and sound judgment can determine whether you secure the right home, Janice's expertise is an extraordinary advantage. She didn't simply guide us through the process; she educated us, empowered us, and positioned us to make a strong, competitive offer with confidence. We never felt like we were navigating the market alone. Equally remarkable is the way Janice treats people. Regardless of budget, she makes you feel as though you are her most important client. Her patience, integrity, warmth, and unwavering commitment are rare. And unlike agents whose involvement ends at closing, Janice continues to be an invaluable resource, connecting us with trusted professionals for home improvements, repairs, and everything that comes with settling into a new home. The true measure of an exceptional realtor isn't simply whether they can help you buy a house. It's whether they help you make one of the most important decisions of your life with absolute confidence that your interests came first. Janice does exactly that. Looking back, I cannot imagine having gone through this experience with anyone else. Without Janice, I sincerely believe we'd still be searching, uncertain about our options and potentially compromising on what mattered most. Instead, we found a home we genuinely love, are proud to own, and feel confident was the right purchase for us. That difference is immeasurable. If you're searching for a San Francisco realtor or buyer's agent, Janice Lee is the person you want representing you. Her knowledge, integrity, judgment, and dedication set a standard that few professionals could match. She doesn't simply help people find homes. She helps them make decisions they'll feel good about for years to come. We are profoundly grateful to Janice, and recommending her is the easiest recommendation we could ever make.

Throughout the process he was patient, responsive and professional. For the sale, Wesley and his teammates were extremely efficient when it came to staging and holding open houses and we were able to sell my apartment after the first scheduled showings. The only really difficult thing I had to do was say goodbye to the apartment and move out. I am extremely picky and so when we began to tour houses, Wesley's patience and eye for details really helped narrow down potential properties that would be a good fit for me and we also struck out a lot of bad ones. Wesley's experience shines during touring. Just to name a few things he has a keen sense of smell for moisture/mold, can feel for the slightest unevenness in floors and can tell good from bad repair work just from a quick glance and feel, he has really seen it all. This is where a whole lot of Wesley's value comes from, he's not just another paper pusher...he actually enjoys looking at houses with clients and he is great at pointing out things that a normal person wouldn't see. Eventually a few months later we were able to close on a new house that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to work with Wesley and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. As I said before he is thoughtful, smart, engaged and it's clear he loves what he does and I now recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy in the bay area.

We interviewed three realtors and we selected Wilson because we agreed with his vision as to how to prepare our home for sale and his assessment of current market conditions. We were very pleased with the decision as we found out that Wilson has a strong team to support the preparation and sales process. A project plan was developed months in advance and for the most part all deadlines were achieved. Luis (contractor) and Priscilia (coordinator) prepared the house for sale on time and on budget. The staging firm did a great job in presenting our home. When necessary Wilson was alway available to answer our questions. The Open Houses took place as we planned months in advance and we were given an update at the end of each weekend. When offers came in Wilson and Cathy (Experttcs) helped us navigate through the negotiation process until we accepted a bid that met our target. We were then introduced to Michele (Director of Ops) and Aldolfo (escrow officer of WFG Title Co.) to guide us through the closing process. Their assistance made the paperwork burden as painless as possible. We were happy with the entire process and impressed with how the Own Team worked together to get the job done. We deducted a 1/2 star because the lateral sewer work mandated by the city was delayed for weeks because the plumber that OWN uses was not available. This caused a delay in closing. My recommendation to OWN is to expand the list of plumbers the company can use. Also, we were assigned an original coordinator with whom we did all the pre-planning. However, when execution time arrived we discovered she left the company. Thankfully Priscilia stepped in and everything worked out fine.

That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. He's always quick to respond by email and he's nice to speak with in person. He's warm, friendly, and caring. He's also open to feedback on how this location can be better, which I appreciate a lot. I try not to bother him though, unless it's really necessary. The facility is clean indoors and outdoors. The common lounge area is actually a good size, and the restrooms are clean. This place is very well maintained. I like that there's WIFI here and it works perfectly now. I'm impressed that it's pretty techy considering it's a mixed used space predominantly for storage. There's even a nice conference room that is available for use for tenants. I enter the main doors using a touch pad and my phone as the key and my office has a keypad for entry. I love it! I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! ----- June 2022 Be aware that they charge $3.30 per square foot for office units but the "approximate" sizes that they go by are way off. My office space is supposed to be 205 sf as posted on their wall and advertised when they give you handouts of this same blueprint for tours they will tell you 205 sf. Well, that promised office space is actually 154 sf at still $3.30 per sf. You're paying for 51 sf that doesn't exist. The middle unit is advertised as 175 sf but is measured at 157, so bigger than the 205 sf unit, and still cheaper at the $3.30 price. I'm supposed to be moving in by now also but that office still isn't done. Our warehouse unit is 7 feet less but we didn't fight it as the variance is more tolerable. Every level you contact will keep throwing around that it's "approximate" and it's by per unit not per square feet after you bring it to their attention, which is misleading and false advertising. At our tour, we were NEVER told it's per unit. We were given the square unit price. If customer service were better, there were better communication, an attempt to show some care and concern for their tenants, I would be less frustrated and upset about it. They asked for my feedback, I provided, and I still feel dismissed. They don't address the issue of the pricing and sizes of the two offices either. In doing the math, it shows you're being charged for square footage you're not getting. And "approximate" to them is used very loosely.
