Whether you are looking to feed a large group of hungry people through your office, community event, birthday party, or just about anything else, "Edible Events" will definitely have you covered. I've actually eaten their food on a few different occasions and wanted to finally give everyone an in-depth review on their food, portion size, packaging, and overall customer service experience that has been operating strongly since 1998.
Since my work had a special event planned (for late-April 2026), our staff arranged a day/time to pick up lunch for our entire office team (which was roughly around 80-90 employees). Their menu offers a ton of meal options including continental & regular breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and even dessert that includes a nice variety of cookies. Their overall menu is quite extensive as there are gluten free and vegan options. And finally, they sell prepackaged bags of chips and soft drinks for an additional charge,
As for my sandwich, I ended up choosing the the "Roasted Chicken" as this offered Monterey Jack cheese, Kalamata olive Tapenade, garlic aioli, and arugula on a soft ciabatta roll. This included a side of their "Spinach Salad" which offered arugula, chopped romaine, dried cranberries, candied pecans and a side of Sherry Balsamic vinaigrette dressing. And to finalize my meal was a side of of Sun Chips, a chocolate chip cookie, and a soda. After going onto their actual website, https://www.edibleevents.com, they have a huge assortment of sandwiches and salads that cater to all taste buds.
When it came time to enjoy my meal, I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious and flavorful this sandwich was. It can be a daunting task to not only prepare this for my work team but other businesses requesting their catering needs. As you can see (from the photos), the meal was in an environmentally friendly container while the portions were quite generous. Even the Balsamic vinaigrette dressing came in a small plastic container with lid (as shown). All in all, "Edible Events" catering did an above average job with what was offered. My rating, four stars.
