I had wanted an Owl tattoo for years and I felt Charlene could deliver on the detail I wanted. She was very communicative and professional thru the whole process and everything at the studio was done under very aseptic technique. We also really had a nice time chatting during the hour or two she was doing my artwork. I got a bit clammy at the start so she gave me a little break and then I think adrenaline kicked in and nerves calmed and we tired a fan on and I was good to go. Once she was done I was absolutely in love with my new tattoo. He's so cute! I couldn't be happier!! And I'm already healing well. Thank you Charlene and all OL staff!!

Even though I didn't have an appointment, I never felt rushed. I explained what I wanted verbally, and he immediately sketched up a design that was exactly what I had in mind. From start to finish, I was tattooed in less than an hour. It's been a few weeks now, and it has healed beautifully. I went back for a second tattoo, a small rib piece. I had sent him the font I liked beforehand, and when I got there, he whipped up a few size suggestions to help me choose what looked best. He took the time to make sure everything was spelled correctly and placed exactly the way I wanted before we started. Both experiences have been fantastic. Michael is professional, clean, efficient, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. His workstation was spotless, and for my rib tattoo, he even used a clean drape on the bed to make sure I was comfortable while lying on my side.
