I had someone from out of state surprise me with flowers. Kyla recognized my name on the order and was able to help him pick the perfect bouquet and flowers based on knowing my personality. It made the experience perfect for me, and I have continued to give her my business ever since. The personal touch made all the difference, and if you know Kyla you know that she takes the time to care.

This store also offers cute little things for kids birthday school treats, dance recital bouquets. Everytime I have ordered things from this store, the reaction I get from the person I give it to is complete surprise and excitement. These bouquets are neat and can be so beautiful! Perfect for almost every occasion. Owner has many different price ranges, so it can fit my budget every time, with out feeling like why did I bother? I see the owner is now offering balloons too!

I called the shop on Tuesday to find out if there was a problem with my credit card, and a young girl answered, with no experience with answering a business telephone. She would ask me a question then yell it to the owner. After 3 questions, the owner finally took the call herself. She told me fresh flowers had come in that morning, and floral arrangement would be delivered that afternoon. No flowers. I called Wednesday, no one answered. I asked that the owner call me. That did not happen either. I then asked for the order to please be cancelled. Will check credit card to ensure it was not used. Would suggest not using this floral shop.

I called again, again, and again. My calls were never returned or forwarded. I have little respect for an owner that puts a child-voiced worker in the position of having to lie to her clients. (She'll be back at 3, she'll call you tomorrow, she's not in, she'll call you next week). I'm disappointed, my friend was neglected, and I'm insulted that my order and questions have been ignored. After 6 weeks of trying, I am having charges on my credit card reversed but feel sorry for those customers that paid with cash. Not sure why this person is in business if she has no interest in customer service. My rating does not include even one star.
