I went in looking for a specific product, and when could not I find it I went up to the counter to get somebody to help. There were two people at the register so one came back to help. She stayed on her phone the whole time she was helping me. I am visually impaired so getting some help was a must. I had a dental emergency and contacted their after hours service, they came in on a weekend and fixed my problem and kept me working. I am so thankful and Gillette is so lucky to have this dental office in their community. I live in a much larger city and wish we had a dental office this wonderful with emergency services. I was treated with compassion and kindness. The entire staff is friendly, caring and professional. With the help of Dental Hygienist, Cassie, I began to correctly brush and floss my teeth and learned how to use a gum stimulator. Her encouragement and tips instructing me how to care for my teeth and gums turned things around for me. My last appointment showed a great improvement in the health of my mouth. No more tooth pain or sensitivity, no more bleeding gums. I credit Cassie with the saving of my teeth! I guess you can teach old dogs new tricks. I am over 65... Beverly M
