Walked in and asked to see the flavors of e juice. He grabbed the book and tossed it on the counter and pointed at a sign that had the prices. I looked through the book and asked if I could sample the ones I wanted to buy. He then pointed at a sample station and said sample there. There was very limited options and the sample station did not have the flavors I wanted to sample. I was completely ignored the rest of the time I was in the store. Overall the person running this store was rude and had zero customer service skills. They lost my business forever. Go to mystic if you actually want help and good service. These guys are the best. I live in Pennsylvania, however, used to work in the Gillette area. When I left Wyoming, my main focus was to find out how I could still order from Hot Head Vapor. Luckily they have online shipping. Their flavors are the best. Hundreds of them. I've ordered flavors from other websites with good reviews and Hot Head's have the best. I can't even go to another flavor elsewhere because I've been spoiled with theirs. Hot Head's price on liquids and products are equivalent to their competitors. I order everything with Hot Head's. If you don't like their flavor return it for a different one free of charge. If you don't like their nicotine level, return it free of charge. You can't go wrong with these guys. They have couches inside the store and are very friendly. They will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to make you happy. Unfortunately I am 2,000 miles away but I can order online. Please give them a try. I don't work for them nor do I know any of the employees. I just seen how they had one star and it surprised me because I've experienced opposite. I felt bad since they are truly a great business.
