She and her team arrived on time and were finished on the dot of when she stated. I wish I would've gotten a before picture but my bathroom hasn't been this clean since move in. They got all the hard water stains from the shower off and the faucets were literally shining. The cost estimate I received was also accurate and very fair in price. Can't say enough good things about Immaculate Help and will 100% be using them again.

TL/DR: Celina did amazing work on my mom's hoarder house, and now we're back a few years later to…read morehave her clean my grandmother's house. She and her team are reliable, efficient, and effective. Most dependable contractor I've worked with. Back in 2021 we moved my mom out of her house of 20 years, and and it was an absolute wreck when we were done. Unfortunately my mom was a hoarder, and had a dog, so the condition of the floors, walls, windows, appliances, EVERYTHING was dire. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. She was honest and thorough in her quote, did exactly what she said she would, and did it exactly when she said she would do it. Remarkable. That's why I'm back here 3 years later to have her clean my grandmother's house. 10/10, would recommend.

Hired for a "construction/pre move in cleanup" Please note, our "construction" did not include…read moredrywall or any actual construction, just paint. We have not done any "work" post move in and did not move in any large items or appliances. My expectations were for them to mop floors, dust, wipe out cabinets, clean toilets and showers... etc. We moved in less than 2 weeks later and started noticing places that were obviously untouched. Not the result of the house "not being lived in". The cabinets were obviously not wiped out, as I found rusty nails along with dust, dirt, crumbs and other debris. Our dishwasher has nasty stuff in it while we have not had a meal in this house. I found that our guest shower/bathtub had not been touched- our master bathroom shower has soap scum that could not have accumulated over the house being vacant / our less than a week of living here. I wish I would have taken more photos of how truly ridiculous it was. Honestly I could have let it go and not used the service again, but the dismissive nature of the text we received when voicing our concerns inspired me to write this review. I did stop by while they were cleaning, and I did ask the girl who was putting elbow grease into cleaning our laundry room sink to please not worry about scrubbing it too hard because we are getting rid of it in a few months, but to please clean it. I don't really understand how that got turned into- "please don't clean my whole house to the best of your ability".

absolutely terrible. ZERO STARS. do not recommend. save your…read moremoney. hire someone else. Without a doubt, the biggest scammers. We have repeatedly been less than thrilled with the effort they've put into our scheduled, monthly cleanings- often times they leave rags in the sink, bathrooms half done and equipment lying around amidst the job not done. they have admitted on more than one occasion, only after us asking, to not completing the job due to one thing or another. frankly, it's hard to find someone reputable to come out to us so we've been making do. To clean 3000+ square feet to a less than mediocre level, usually takes two people two hours or less, Today they had the audacity to charge over $500 to clean 2100sq ft of an empty house. This is a home that was already cleaned before but my family wanted it to be fresh after sitting vacant for a couple weeks. All they were asked to do was wipe down surfaces and clean the floors, cabinets, and counters. Not only did they leave marks all over cabinets and appliances (dropped cleaner, shoe prints, wipe marks), LIED about what they did clean, but it also took them FIVE HOURS. There isn't a single thing in this house. What an absolute joke! Five hours to wipe down counters and vacuum. I think not. $500+ to wipe down counters and vacuum. I think not. Disgusting, rip off, liars and cheats. Updated AFTER owner response 7/31/24: Looks like you put much more time and effort into crafting this response than you did cleaning the home you were paid to clean. Nothing about the review I posted was incorrect-you did charge over $500-but removed a % for not completing the blinds-if you can not complete something, then I don't expect to be charged for, yet you still tried to charge for it so the fact that you attempted to charge for that single item before it was "brought to your attention" shows the dishonesty, scamming nature in a miniscule form. To be clear, we were happy to pay for the cleaning had we received it-at no point were were complaining about the price, but definitely complaining about paying for it having NOT received the items/services you so clearly outlined in your response. Directly from your response: "Full cleaning of the kitchen, including the inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers and appliances. Cleaning of ceiling fans and light fixtures. Wiping of all baseboards, trim, doors, and shelving in closets. Dusting and cleaning blinds, spot cleaning the inside of windows, and vacuuming and mopping floors." -The kitchen counters still had dust and dried stains from liquid on the counter tops and cleaner dripped into the kitchen sink. The stove and range were covered in smudges and black spots. There was still grease splashes and streak marks all over the backsplash. -inside of several cabinets there are very clearly still crumbs and dust and outside the cabinets there is cleaner dripped along the cabinets and sides of the island that demonstrates it's not been wiped clean. -Wiping of all baseboards, trim, doors and shelving in closets? False. Cobwebbs found numberous places including behind doors AND underneath cabinets that would have been picked up via a broom or vaccum or mop-also ALL closet shelves and bars still had a nice coating of dust It's VERY clear from the home we saw after your team left that 5 hours of cleaning, nor the services you claimed to provide were executed to any type of standard that one would operate a successful business under. Again, no one said you didn't show and no one had a problem with the price quoted-it was 100% the lack of service provided and not only has it been brought to your attention, but we cleaned it ourselves this morning so there is nothing for you to fix except refunding the money your crew STOLE by wasting our time and not providing the services you claimed to have provided. As a family, we are very pround to small businesses and love to leave RAVE reviews for exceptional service- but I think it's fair that when you try to charge for things you did not provide, people should know that as well. Numerous reviews on Facebook and Google state the same-people do not feel like they receive what they are paying for. Whether it's 5 hrs or 10 hours of cleaning, it's clear that there is a gap between what is paid for and expected versus what's provided and while I am sure no adequate resolution awaits our family, I want people to be aware before they book that they should have significantly lower expectations than the price tag they're paying.
