I went to disneyland for my 30th birthday, I needed to print out the tickets and I was able to do it on the guest computer. I enjoyed my stay and it was a nice clean room. I liked that the motel was walking distance to the university and Bruxie. It was about a 15 minute walk and there are small coffee shops around as well as restaurants. My mom and I wanted to stay here again for my brother's graduation the following month, but it was sold out the weekend of the Chapman graduations.

After about an hour and a half of getting settled we went back down to retrieve our car and they couldn't find the keys...come to find out THEY LEFT MY KEYS IN THE IGNITION WITH MY CAR RUNNING THE ENTIRE TIME. Nothing was missing and I was so exhausted that I let it go but when we checked out the next morning, they also had an issue getting our keys but were able to find it. Not sure what the issue was this weekend but it definitely could've been much worse and a bigger liability. Hopefully they do better.

Well stocked bar as well that just looked to be a warm and fun place to hang. Great space for evenings and after work events as well. This hotel is a perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend and/or pit stop from the parks or the office. On the service side, I asked some of the housekeepers for towels and they stopped what they were doing and dropped what they had in their hand, honestly I was kind of embarrassed, and ran over, and grabbed it for me. Also the front staff filled up my water container when my wife and daughter were thirsty when the gym had been past closing time on two separate occasions by two separate staff, so it must be how they are treated, because the staff treat their guests with respect and generosity. For this stay, we did not bring the dogs but figured we'd just stay at ALO. We stayed in room 621 and yeah, the bathroom was small. If you're a pretty tall person, you'd definitely be head butting the shower head. They offer free breakfast. Eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, you know, the basic hotel free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. Staff's nice and accommodating when needed.

I liked that it was really easy (within walking distance) to get to Trader Joe's, many food options and the bus that goes straight to Disneyland. Check in and check out was relatively easy. They made me a bit nervous when they couldn't find my reservation while checking in and again when no one was at the desk to check me out, but I only waited a few minutes each time before things were sorted out. I don't think I've ever stayed in a place this run down; it definitely needs an upgrade. When I walked into my room, there was a pretty strong chemical odor. The decor is kind of haphazardly put together. The water pressure was pretty terrible, there were stains on the towels and sheets and there is a little gap in the doorframe, so you can hear eVerything that is happening outside. They also don't really provide adequate bedding. I was pretty cold at night with just a sheet and that thin brown blanket places like this use. Maybe it was the draft coming in from the door. I probably won't be staying here again. If you do stay here, there's a pretty good Vietnamese restaurant across the street.

Absolutely nothing works properly in this hotel. First off…read morewant to park your car? The gate to allow you in the parking lot has you push a button to take a ticket. Guess what, no tickets in sight, not a one! Had to back out of there and pray to god that they didn't have those backward spikes to shred your tires. They had a some spots for checking in but alas they were taken up by the maintenance crews! I had to park in a handicap spot and call the front desk to open the gate and let me in. Ridiculous! Once I got that taken care of I headed up to the room where I found the mini refrigerator was on to the maximum cold level and it was warm and to boot it buzzed. I tried to make the best of it and decided to make some coffee. The water leaked out all over the counter. I took a quick shower before heading out to meet up with my friends and it literally took 10 minutes before it got warm enough to use. Then the faucet dripped non stop. I called to see if i could change rooms and was told that if I did that the entire reservation would change as well including the price and since I paid more than what the hotel is worth I declined. I have two more days in this dump and then I am gone! I was better off with a motel 6. Customer service was rude! This hotel is not accommodating one bit.
