She got the Chicago style and since we are from Chicago I guess she knows a thing or two. I have a delicious skillet with tots and brisket. Mmmm mmmm. They have so many sauces you can add and try but I don't believe they need anything else. Great beer selection and pay by the ounce. Poker twice a week and every Avalanche game on with sound. There are 24 beers on tap, and they seem to rotate fairly regularly, which is great because we can try new beers every time! The food was great! We loved what we all got. I got a sample that me and hubby shared. Just enough food for us both. We also got chips and beer cheese and that was pretty good. The cheese would have been better warmer. We also got some loaded hot dog and it was good. The brisket Mac n cheese skillet was yum! Owner showed us games they have at the establishment for kids which was nice. Owner was super friendly. Potato salad was great! Mac n cheese was actually good too. I'm very picky for Mac n cheese but this one hit pretty good. Large place but not enough people coming. Hope business picks up because I would hate to see this place go. read more

We will be giving this place another try in a month. Went on a Friday around noon, ordered food to-go. Ordered at 11:52am. Didn't get food till 12:13pm, about to 20 min wait. Not many people in the restaurant at the time. Wish they had some paper menus to look at as well. It can be hard to read digital menus. Ordered Southwest Pork Taco and kids Mac n Cheese with fries and drink. All of our food was just warm. We ate the food right when we got into the car. Taco was okay. Pork was good but the salsa and tortilla were basic. Could had toasted up the tortillas on the flat top at least. Not sure why I have 2 empty serving cups. Was there supposed to be something in there? Kids Mac and cheese was good. We like this kind of man n cheese. But thought portion size seemed small. Best thing we had was the tangy and sweet bbq sauce we got and dipped the fries in it. Employees were nice. Man I was disappointed had such high hopes for this place! the hot dog bun was cold and the taco's tortillas were cold and dry with a pile of cold shredded cheese and cold bbq sauce! my son loved his Mac and cheese with brisket, but I wasn't a fan of the super blah cheese. The beer wall just foamed everywhere and easly waisted $10. Later they inform me we had to warm up the cold glass they gave us? All that for the low low price of $83 bucks. they have restaurants all over the country so they must appeal to many. please take your $100 and go find out for yourself! read more

This place is good. It has the potential to be great. Food is delicious. The bbq meat is juicy and tender. The fries are bomb. Kitchen staff needs a bit more training. The place was pretty empty, but our food took forever and wasn't entirely hot. I saw kitchen staff waiting for things to be done before prepping the next step. A minute or two here and there adds up. The self-serve beer is always a hit for me. HOWEVER. There's also hard liquor that's self-serve. This has the potential for a SERIOUSLY bad night. You are guaranteed to have to call the cops. My suggestion is to have pre-mixed cocktails. The beer selection is just ok. It's clear that whoever is responsible for choosing the beer selection was strong-armed by three of the biggest distributors. There's no reason to have 2 raspberry beers, 2 Mexican lagers, and 3 Oktoberfests on a 15 tap setup (I don't remember exactly, but it couldn't have been more than that). Also, hoppy beers are the most popular. You need more than just 4 IPAs (2 of which were from the same company). Try going for like 2-4 taps dedicated to something kinda weird from small independent breweries. This is Colorado. We're beer nerds. There was only about 4 or 5 different styles of beer total. You need more variety. If you make these changes, you'll have something amazing. read more
