Came into restaurant around closing time. This was my first time in this restaurant and first experience was below average :( I ordered an Açaí bowl and I had to check on my order since it was taking longer than 15 mins. They gave me a bowl which reminded me of a soup lol was not representative of a traditional açaí bowl I've had at other places. The panini came out faster and it was good. Overall, I will come back to try other menu items and give this place a second try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good vibes inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
I took a chance on ordering a boba drink at a cafe. Yeah, it was basically a smoothie. And the boba was awful. Hard. Maybe the food is great, but based on other reviews. not overall. I would not recommend or return.

It has a huge, open indoor space with lots of seating, which gives it a bright, airy, and welcoming feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Whether you're coming in for a quick bite or a longer meal, the layout makes it easy to find a comfortable spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you prefer the outdoors, they also have plenty of outdoor seating, which is perfect on a nice day and really adds to the relaxed, friendly vibe of the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They do have a lot to offer on their menu, it's lengthy and big, which I actually like because you can get a little bit of everything here! Everything I had was absolutely delicious. I tried two of their menu items. I started with the Garlic Aioli Burger served with French fries. The burger itself was cooked perfectly, juicy, and flavorful. The garlic aïoli was served on the side, which I really appreciated, but I personally wish it had been inside the burger itself. It would have taken the flavor to the next level! Still, the burger was fantastic, and the fries were crispy and salty, just perfect. I also tried the Chicken Burrito, and wow! It was amazing, you could really taste how fresh all the ingredients were. Each bite was flavorful, and it was clear that the kitchen takes care in preparing their dishes. It wasn't heavy (even when the portion was very generous) or greasy, just a really satisfying and well-balanced meal. The Chicken Burrito also came with a side salad that was a nice, fresh touch. It had a mix of arugula and spinach, with cucumbers. It was lightly dressed in a really tasty balsamic vinaigrette. The salad was crisp and flavorful, adding a refreshing balance to the burrito and rounding out the meal perfectly. On top of the great food, the service was excellent. Everyone was quick, efficient, and friendly, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. I never felt rushed, but everything arrived promptly, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Meeting friends for lunch at Crave. 1 PM on a Friday - no problem getting parking (on the north end of the Fallbrook Mall) and no problem getting a table. You order at the counter and they bring the food out when it is ready. I ordered the chicken tostada salad ($18). A decent sized portion loaded with chicken, guac, sour cream, and lots and lots of beans. Tasty and very filling. A bit pricey for a fast food restaurant salad. One of my buddies got a different chicken salad. The chicken was dried out and barely edible. Another got the waffles. Also described as meh. Same for the hamburger. Based on my dish alone, I would have gone with 4 stars. But each of friends really didn't care for the food and we won't be going back. Hence the 3 stars rating.
This cafe is the best ever cafe in Los Angeles areaeverything is amazing there. The food, the hospitality, the kindness, the service .. everything. There's no such thing I can say to improve it. It's already to the highest levels. The owner " Samir " is amazing, nice, and so polite. The staff are so respectful, so helpful and nice each time I go. I recommend this place 100% .
First time at Crave Cafe in West Hills. I really liked the outside patio which is covered. The inside is like a combination of industrial, rustic, garage type of decor with the garage glass panels. We ordered the 1/2 lb. chicken burrito (came with potato chips) $16.50. Order at the counter. Free refills fountain drinks. Received good customer service even though the young guy seemed to be new, which is great! Overall, it was good.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but after this visit, I felt it was necessary. The food was extremely bland which was disappointing because a sandwich should be full of flavor. I was surprised by how much the quality has declined, as this restaurant used to be much better. The customer service was also lacking. When I tried to ask a question, I was ignored... which added to the overall poor experience. I would not recommend dining here anymore. There are many other family owned restaurants in the area that offer better quality food and much better service. :/ (picture for proof)
Really nice, big, and pretty place. We came during a dead time too which was peaceful. The crepe was ok. Kinda pricey for very little Nutella on a Nutella and strawberry crepe. And whipped cream was $1 extra so the crepe itself was around $17 with tax. I work at a place that sells crepes so I just naturally have to compare lol. It was an ok crepe

I tried the Mediterranean salad and later their house salad with apples, and honestly, it just felt like something I could easily make at home. Nothing really special about it. Has an outdoor patio to eat at when the weather is nice. I had the Garlic Aioli Burger. You can choose what type of cheese you want and they have a nice variety to choose from. I went with Feta. Great flavor with a nice Brioche Bun. You can choose your side and I went with fries, which were so good. Nice and crispy. Food overall was just really good. Definitely recommend! Can't wait to go back!!
Plenty of available seating on a Saturday afternoon. Cute large outdoor patio aswell. We ordered at the counter and didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks to come out. Our sandwiches and drinks were great. My one complaint is that my panini wasn't warm, but luckily the fries were super hot. Would definitely come back again, as they have a very large menu for whatever mood you're in.

I wanted to like this place a lot more than I did. Unfortunately my last trip was a bit underwhelming. For positives, this place offers a pretty extensive breakfast and lunch menu. I can see you meeting up here with a group of people for breakfast or brunch and finding a variety of options to suit different tastes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Where this place fell flat for me was the price for what you get. Sadly, this seems like an overpriced spot. The breakfast burrito is also a bit bland, which added more salt to the wound. Additionally, I went to get some ice from the machine, and it had some black specs in it. Yucky. read more

2 items totaling to 31$ as shown in the photo and receipt. The Portions were ridiculously small as well as the smoothie in the photo. I hate leaving bad reviews but i dined in here back in march (august when posting this review) and i still feel like i got scammed with the portion sized i got for 31$ after all this time. read more

I like the study space available here when I need to get work done outside of home. I've come here a few times and ensured on trying to purchase something, but food quality, price and taste-wise.. it's been mainly okay for me so I try not too spend money too much to get disappointed, Mr. French Toast: I ordered french toast here before and the toast was super shriveled and dry. The toast tasted so bitter I didn't eat more than a couple of it. The syrup is what made it easier to eat. Tropical Acai Bowl: This was yummy and tasted standard to what an acai bowl would be like. Presentation was beautiful, I just wish for more ingredients included as there was only 4-5 max. Drinks I've Also Tried: Hey Girl Refresher: This tasted yummy and reminded me of the pink drink from Starbucks, but with actual strawberries inside. I enjoyed the sweetness and taste. Red Bull Pink Lemonade: This was recommended for me to try from the staff and it definitely tasted just like normal juice to me, which was awesome. P.S. They don't allow people to eat food from another place inside while studying. Some staff are friendly but I didn't like the mean vibes the staff gave when I came here most recently. Patio tables outside are unkempt and covered by cobwebs so if there's a lot of open seats inside, I opt to do quick work inside. I felt like a bother for doing quick work in here while quite literally not disturbing anyone so I think that was the last time I come here. read more

Food was horrible, customer service worse. If you are a professional of color, they will definitely make you feel as if your business there is not welcomed. Today, we had a small meal with two teas and our computers out. As working professionals, we like to find places were we can spend an hour here and there working. However, not even 15 min into our food and tea, I noticed the owner or manager go up to the waiter and signaled towards us... Then the waiter made his way over and told us to move to a different smaller table as well as another couple near us... Why inconvenience us? The answer from the owner himself... because we needed more seating... yet the place was pretty open... why us? Ugh... Sadly this ambiance is not friendly nor welcoming. Grabbed a perfect breakfast at Crave Cafe this morning. I ordered a breakfast burrito and my friend got a salmon bagel. I was able to choose a wheat tortilla instead of white which was awesome. Excellent service. Crave opens at 8am. Lots of selection on the menu. I was torn between options so I'll definitely need to return. Plenty of parking. Clean casual dining. Top cake selection but I didn't order any cake this time. read more

I love this place. When you're here, please be sure to treat the staff well. Shout out to Isabel & Angie - these women work so hard & the service is seriously top notch every time. The vibe here is always great - fantastic playlists, delicious meals & tasty drinks. I'm obsessed with their crepes, of course, but they make flavorful salads, good burritos & the pizzas are so fresh-tasting - it's nice to have that just made dough taste while studying for my finals on the late nites. Today, I'm loading up on caffeine with their lattes & staying cool with an açaí bowl - which I also recommend. Great menu selections, Superior Customer Service, Easy Parking, Great Energy. I'm really glad I've chosen this place as a my finals meeting place. They have been wonderful hosts to myself and my colleagues & I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Crave - WH team. read more

Crave Café is hands down one of my favorite spots in LA. The customer service is always top-notch--staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with high-quality ingredients that you can really taste in every bite. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or a late-night bite, their menu never disappoints. Everything comes out quickly, portions are generous, and you can tell they put care into presentation as well as taste. Highly highly recommend!! read more

I came here for the first time and everything was just ok. I did appreciate they had Coke Zero in their fountain drinks. I got a turkey panini which was $14.99 and seemed overpriced. It was a few slices of turkey with lettuce, sprouts, tomato and cheese. I was underwhelmed. The side salad was ok but needed more dressing. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese on sourdough and it was pretty good. It also came with a side of fruit that was very tasty. Inside there is lots of seating and plenty of parking outside as well as seating outside. You order up front and then they bring you the food. The service was fast which was nice but everything seemed overpriced and not that great. I'm not sure I'll be back but if I do go back I won't get the turkey panini. read more

This is the 1st time in this restaurant, although it's in my neighborhood. It's been here for years and never thought to try it. Came for breakfast. The menu is more extensive than I thought. Breakfast portions are large and the food is great. Staff is friendly.
