Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the therapists and psychiatrists here. They really listen to…read moreyou, the staff at the front desk are accommodating and helpful, and I really like the child-friendly atmosphere. There's a nice water filtration system in the lobby. The location itself is terrible. It is small, and the parking is insanely small, and hard to get out, because it's connected to an alley way. The rooms are not really sound proof, and you can hear outside noises (concerned for my privacy). I am not fond of the entrance, it has stairs, it's close to a street intersection, and when you enter you might hit someone because the front desks are situated there as well. It's a poor layout, but I was told by my therapist that there's a new construction site beginning somewhere late spring of 2017, for their new office. Despite the bad construction design, the people who work here are definitely doing their jobs (5 stars on that one).

Visited for the first time ever and in the 10 minutes I spent at the waiting area, I could hear the…read morereceptionists talking about "not wanting to deal with" a woman that wanted to step outside to move her car before being seen. Obviously I don't know the history between this woman and the staff, but it is absolutely shocking for this to have been said so loudly and multiple times within earshot of other patients (myself and someone else). I understand how hard patient care is, but I will never understand the need of having to complain about patients in front of other patients. It doesn't help the mean-girl-to-nurse stereotype. Additionally, there are two windows for reception. However, the two receptionists sitting at the window were not the ones who were helping me, but instead it was a different staff member BEHIND the receptionists. It was hard to hear her and I had a difficult time communicating with her. I've never in my life had to make an appointment with a receptionist sitting behind another receptionist that didn't even look at me. I unfortunately have already made two appointments for this location, but I will 100% be changing them to literally anywhere else. This is the worst first impression I've ever had of any care facility. I liked the convenience of the location for me, but now I don't mind driving an extra 15 minutes to get a much more professional experience.

I am finally writing this review years later regarding Vivian Ash, an LCSW, for inviting our son's…read morefather to a session to discuss a DV incident that our son shared with her between his father and stepmother, leaving our son in tears. As a result, I immediately reported Vivian Ash's behavior to her supervisor, director, and BBS. However, the director didn't assist and sadly the case with BBS was not accepted. Vivian diagnosed our son with an adjustment disorder but failed to see the environmental factors (i.e DV incident, father continuously shaming our son) and frequently minimized the father's behaviors. As a result, Vivian Ash has harmed our son, our son had suicidal ideation, somatic symptoms, and school phobia days leading to his father's timeshare. Vivian immediately discharged our son under her treatment knowing that our son's symptoms were worst to avoid a lawsuit. Shortly after, our son was diagnosed with PTSD and had difficulty trusting adults because of her negligence. Equally important, Vivian Ash diagnosed me when I was not even her client, and I never consented to treatment as retaliation when I would question her practice,

Nikki has helped me tremendously, and I'm so grateful I found her…read more One of the things I appreciate most is that you don't even have to know exactly what you need to work on. She has an incredible ability to help you figure out where certain feelings, emotions, and patterns are coming from and gently get to things that may be buried much deeper than you realize. She has helped me work through past traumas and issues that I didn't even know I was still carrying. I've learned so much about myself through the process and have been able to work through things that were affecting me without me even realizing it. She is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and truly amazing at what she does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering hypnotherapy or simply wants to better understand themselves and work through things that may be holding them back.

Nikki, once again, you are attempting to justify your refusal to issue a full refund, and in doing…read moreso, you have provided information that is inconsistent with the documented facts. First, I did not attend three sessions. I attended TWO. I have included our entire text message exchange, not just selected screenshots, to provide a complete and transparent record supporting my account. Your statement that I attended three sessions is inaccurate. Your continued reliance on incorrect information to justify withholding a portion of my payment is concerning and reinforces my impression that financial considerations have taken priority over client trust and satisfaction. Second, your claim that you were unaware I was still under hypnosis when you attempted to sell me an approximately $2,500 package for my daughter and me directly contradicts what I experienced. You completed your sales pitch while I was still under hypnosis and THEN counted me back out of hypnosis from 1 to 10. I distinctly remember this sequence of events. If you genuinely did not realize I was still under hypnosis, why did you count me back out AFTER completing your sales pitch? How could you have been unaware of my hypnotic state when you were the person responsible for bringing me out of it? Your explanation simply does not add up. In your own response, you acknowledge that I was not fully alert, referring to it as a "hypnotic hangover." As the professional conducting the session, ensuring your client is fully alert before discussing significant financial commitments should be a fundamental responsibility. Third, you reference my positive experience with you ten years ago. That is precisely why I returned, and what makes this experience so disappointing. I specifically sought you out because you had earned my trust a decade earlier. I remembered feeling comfortable and supported in your care. Unfortunately, ten years is a long time, and people change. The professional I remembered was not someone I associated with repeatedly promoting books and expensive treatment packages. During these recent appointments, I was encouraged to purchase your $20 book and subsequently presented with an approximately $2,500 package. I left feeling more like a sales opportunity than a client seeking help. Hypnotherapy requires an extraordinary level of trust. Clients place themselves in a vulnerable position, relying on the practitioner's judgment, integrity, and professional boundaries. That trust should never become secondary to making a sale. There is nothing wrong with running a business or charging for services. My concern is the timing and circumstances surrounding your sales pitch, particularly when I had not yet been counted back out of hypnosis. Your reference to my satisfaction after the first session does not invalidate what happened during the second. Both experiences can be true. Regarding the refund, I discontinued treatment because I no longer trusted you to provide my care. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, you have defended withholding my money by referencing a third session that I maintain never occurred. Your closing remark, "I hope you get the help you need," also comes across as dismissive and unprofessional toward someone who sought your help in good faith. This was never simply about money. It was about ethics, informed consent, professional boundaries, and accountability. I returned after ten years because I remembered someone I trusted. I will never return again because that trust no longer exists. I stand by my review, and I encourage prospective clients to review the documentation and draw their own conclusions. Ultimately, your response has only reinforced the concerns that prompted my review in the first place.

Temecula Neurofeedback has truly changed my life. I am so grateful for this place! I can't say…read moreenough good things about it. I started coming here in July this year after battling with a lot of mental health struggles, anxiety, slight depression, overthinking, rumination, stress, headaches, etc. and I can happily say I am free from the debilitation of all of those things today. Those things no longer have control over my life and I have way more control over my thoughts now. I am also way more relaxed, headaches are not as frequent, and I'm definitely out of that state of constant fight or flight that I was stuck in for years. And not to mention, the owners of Temecula Neurofeedback have been a Godsend. Deeann and Bennett have been so sweet through this whole process. They are so hospitable, making sure I am comfortable and always setting such a relaxing environment for my sessions. They truly care about their patients and listen to you and your concerns so well. I have felt like it was such a safe place and environment for me to share what was going on in my life and I was able to be vulnerable and they knew exactly how to help me with those struggles. They are so educated on the Neurofeedback machine and know exactly what spots to focus on each time I come in for a session. It is also so relaxing and I never left there without feeling super relaxed. 10/10! Exceptional service! Highly recommended to anyone struggling with their mental health! Thank you Temecula Neurofeedback!!!

I had struggled with anxiety for over half my life, to the point where even leaving my house felt overwhelming. As my anxiety worsened, my world kept getting smaller, I wasn't living much of a life. Starting this journey was scary, but Deanne made me feel completely heard during my consultation, and I knew I was in the right place to heal. I've now completed 17 sessions, and I'm honestly amazed at how much my life has changed. I'm facing triggers head-on with little to no difficulty, and I finally feel like I'm living again. If you're on the fence, go--show up scared, show up unsure. I only wish I had found this sooner. Thank you, especially to Bennett, for helping me through my hardest moments and celebrating my progress every step of the way.
