I initially worked through a home warranty company, and Tiffani was helpful from the very beginning. She worked diligently and advocated on my behalf every step of the way, even after the warranty company was rude to her. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. I'm looking forward to the upcoming installation of my tankless hot water heater and feel confident I'm in excellent hands.

I was charged $785 to replace a Delta 1400 shower valve/cartridge that cost just over $100 in parts…read moreand took about 45 minutes to complete. That pricing feels extremely excessive for the amount of labor involved. There was no emergency service, and the job itself was straightforward. I understand companies have overhead and pricing structures, but this charge was far outside what most plumbers quote for similar work. I would strongly recommend getting multiple estimates before using this company.

There's an ugly gap there. Faucet for the outside of the house: Called them and described the problem. Faucet needs replaced, wanting one that needs only a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to fully turn off and on. It's what every other exterior faucet on my house is. Plumbers arrived, no such faucet on truck. Said they'd have to order one and come back. PITA. They did the easiest thing for them and put in a standard faucet. Won't be back.

He serviced my Septic in the Summer of 2023. Have not had any issues. We had some heavy rains a little over a month ago and it kind of over flowed my system, where my water was coming in filled with dirt and what not. He did a courtesy check to make sure that there were no leaks or anything like that and helped clear my water up. I am so thankful for him and will forever call on him for my plumbing needs!

We had a home warranty company that sent their contracted electrician for two incorrectly installed…read moreoutlets in our kitchen. One for the dishwasher and the other for the stove. The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.
